The media could not be loaded. I have a rare genetic disorder that causes severe joint damage and as a result, I have been a wheelchair user for many years. I have a device that holds me up in a standing position so I can exercise some, but I'm still very limited. I must admit that I was very skeptical about this because it seemed too good to be true. Thankfully, I decided to try it anyway, because I love it. It's super easy to use and all I need to do is stand on it while it does its thing. It's a very strong vibration, but it's not unpleasant or anything. Afterwards, I feel like my muscles are invigorated and I have less pain. I also appreciate the higher weight limit. I use this about every other day, and it really helps to loosen up my muscles. I use it first thing in the morning. Simple to use right out of the box, just plug it in, turn it on, and select the speed setting. I havent used it to work out on, so far just stand on it as its running, but it definitely moves your whole body and feels like it loosens up all your tight muscles. Purchased for a sensory seeking 5 year old (autism) but dabble with it myself. Does it work? Yes. Does the touch pad work? Yes, but takes the right touch. Does the remote work? Yes, but have to be very close and directed right at it. It does the job and hard to beat the price. That said the instructions aren't great and mine says "HA" on standby when I suspect they were going for "HI". Won't ding it too much because it does vibrate and I went in with price being a top priority. ... show more

It works really good except that the remote control doesn't. It's missing a metal part inside so when I put the batteries there's no contact therefore is useless, the remote not the machine. Machine works great. No if They send me anew remote I definitely change my review

I do not typically write reviews. However, the customer service I received from Arki was so exceptional that I would be remiss in not sharing it. I purchased the Todo Vibration Plate approximately in June of 2022. In November 2023, the power button suddenly froze, preventing me from using the platform. Since Amazon's window for a return had long since been closed, they suggested I contact the merchant directly. Quite frankly, I did not expect much. To my surprise and delight, I received a reply from Arki within 24 hours asking me to send him a video to show the damage. Within less than 2 days, he emailed me with a tracking number for a replacement platform. The new platform arrived approximately a week later. I cannot state enough how pleased I am. Both my husband and I love the platform and we use it for health reasons. Thank you Arki for your impeccable customer service. I am very impressed. ... show more
