The vacuum is very easy to put together. The charging stand is a great feature, however charging is very slow. On hardwood and tile the Vacuum work superb. Complete garbage of plastic. On first use stuck to the base and can not empty the dust bin or even release the vaccum from the base. Lots of features but none working. Returning immediately and going back to well used for years brands. Do not run after the ads and tons of none working features.

This is replacing my Dyson handheld that gave out on me after 6yrs. Husband researched for something similar to get during prime days. This made a lot of top lists on YouTube reviews. So the light on it is nice, you can see all the junk on the floor. That’s as far as it goes for me. Even at max suction (this one has a sensor will go to max for you) I feel is lackluster. The self empty/clean is garbage..doesn’t suck all the hair out, sometimes hair is still sticking out after “self cleaning” You still have to use this little brush to get all the hair out..what’s the point of self clean if I have to use a special brush to clean? The handheld bin doesn’t hold much so you have to go to the self cleaning often. Note: I do have 6 animals, 2 dogs 3 cats. I have not tried using the pet grooming tool, animals won’t get near it.
