I was also not able to do my warranty when I tried. I tried contacting the company and haven’t heard back. I really want my warranty though. It said there was a free gift I can not obtain without setting it up. I think maybe there may be a slight flaw with the red loop part of it since it doesn’t exactly light up red aside from a tiny portion at about two o’clock. This vacuum works surprisingly well. Best for a small apartment or house. The battery doesn’t last that long but it’s easy to put back on the charger and charges pretty fast.

Product had strange shrink wrap around box but all other labels and packaging seemed normal. Product will not even turn on due to a battery fault. I did a search and others are having battery issues with this product as well. I guess I am fortunate to find out before my return window. DO NOT BUY!

I am mostly happy with my Timco vacuum. I like the charger on the floor and the decent battery life. Has good suction and light shows dust I do not generally see. Yikes. Two annoying features: it doesn’t stand by itself, and the head does not have a feature that keeps it from flopping down. Not sure if that is the right description. I'm unsure of how I feel about this and may return based on this alone. You cannot glide this device across carpet at all. I have low pile. The suction is so strong it grips and it requires effort to pull it towards you and you can't do simple back and forth passes as I've seen in the videos. Trying to see if there is a setting on the wheels but the wheels are only in the front not the back. Just requires a lot of effort that I would prefer the vacuum that I already have. It certainly doesn't warrant the cost if I have to work harder than I did before ... show more

I love this cordless vacuum. It’s light and powerful. I love that I can use it on the floor and on the rug. It came with many accessories that allow me to clean the whole house and my car. This is my second Tineco vacuum purchase.
