I really like this vacuum. The suction is very strong. I have cats at home, so there is a lot of cat hair everywhere. Picks it up with no problem, even on the carpet. The battery also lasts a long time. I can clean my living room and all three bedrooms with ease, and still has power left. It is also quiet, so it does not scare my cats. Feels well made and strong too, not cheap at all. Really happy with it so far!

Great First Impression I just received the Tineco A50S today and wanted to share my first impression. Setup was quick and straightforward, and everything felt solid right out of the box. I tried it around the house, and the suction was stronger than I expected. It picked up dust, crumbs, and hair without any issues. It’s also lightweight and easy to maneuver, and I really like how the folding wand makes it easy to clean under furniture. So far, I’m very happy with it. If it keeps performing like this, I think it’ll be a great vacuum for everyday cleaning.

Love the green light that illuminates all the dirt particles. Good battery life so far. Like that you don’t have to hold the button down while vacuuming like the Dyson. Wish the pieces clicked into place more effectively like the Dyson. Detaching & reattaching the segments takes more effort than the Dyson. Overall happy with the purchase thus far…

This is light weight, good suction, weird angles are easy to get in. Easy to dump dust. Surprisingly it’s not as noisy as I thought. I would recommend this, you get what you paid for but well worth the money.

One year update! I'll admit I loved the vacuum. But 8 months in, the hinge on the canister lid broke. -Easy, I'll just use the warranty!! First email exchange, the person didn't understand me, and suggested I clean the vacuum (this is after I already included pictures of a broken hinge). After multiple emails and over a week, Tineco said they'd send a new part. This was Nov 5th 2020. Im writing this review today, Dec 23 2020. It's been almost 2... TWO MONTHS!!! I still haven't gotten a part. Imagine not being able to vacuum for TWO MONTHS!! Apparently the part is out of stock and on back order. TWO MONTHS!!! Maybe I'll call customer support. Nope, after being on hold for a few minutes you'll get a voice message saying they can't take your call. Don't buy. Save your sanity and buy something with better customer service.

So after spending days reading reviews, comparing, and watching YouTube videos I decided to take a chance on purchasing the Tnieco Pure One S12 M Lite. The packaging is nice. The vacuum is very light weight and feels very sturdy and well built. The main tube and power head also feel very sturdy. It all assembled very nicely and feels pretty balanced in your hand. Some of the other accessories feel a little cheap. The mini furniture power head feels better quality though. I charged the batteries fully like the instructions said and gave it a try. I have to say I was amazed how quick it is running. You can hear the motor ramp up and down as you use it and come across heavily soiled areas compared to less dirty areas. I was very impressed with the suction and cleaning power. The dust bin opens easily and allows for effortless emptying. The power head on hardwood floors leaves something to be desired as far as pick up large debris. It kinda pushes it around if you try to suck it up on a forward motion. It picks up a little easier if you get it on the back motion. The power head also comes apart very nicely to remove the brush bar and clean hair off it very easily. Love this feature. All the positive things about this make me over all happy with this vacuum. But One thing I am worried about in the long run is how the batteries will hold up. Lithium batteries are not ment to be fully charged used for a few minutes and charged immediately the way they are when being put back on the wall mounted holder. This can ruin batteries on every other tool and appliance I have ever used so I guess time will tell... but at $89.00 a peice for replacements I'm not looking to spend that kind of money for new ones anytime soon. Two other wish I have is more room/ spots on the wall mount to hold the accessories the vacuum comes with. And second I feel you should have an option to purchase the hardwood power head initally with the vacuum instead of having to buy it separately for an additional $99. All and all at this point I am happy with it and will update as I go along.

So, here's an honest NON-PAID review: This vacuum is great. I've been using it for about a month now. I have a combo of carpet, rugs, wood, tile, and laminate. It doesn't get everything up on the carpet, but it does a really, really good job, even better than the Neato used to (which has since died...) It's easy to manuever, it has tons of attachments, and the battery seems to last a long time. I was able to do my entire first floor, 2000 sq ft, with one battery and only turning on the high power suction when I was on a rug. Even if it died, this comes with a second battery and the holder has a charger for BOTH batteries to charge at the same time! (One while plugged into the vacuum, one as a stand alone) how handy is that!? I was hesitant to buy a cordless, as I have a dog that sheds a ton and I need to vacuum constantly, but this has made my life so much easier. I use this every day and bring out the corded vac once a week and my house has never been more dust or fur free. It replaced my Neato (which was dying and eventually died), and my cordless Shark that was used on furniture for the dog fur. This has enough attachments that actually WORK on furniture I don't need a bunch of different machines anymore! I honestly do not use the phone holder or app. It's sort of silly. Maybe if the app gets more features eventually it will be more useful, but as of now it's a silly gimmick and I wouldn't pay more just for that. The battery life, charging station, attachments, and overall quality though? Well worth it.

The product is sturdy, well built. Suction is very poor for hardwood and tile, oddly and is a bit better for carpet. Our last two from this company were fabulous! Very powerful, versatile and less expensive so it’s a bummer.
