  • Great print, user friendly and very easy set up
Model: Tina2 Plus
Great starter 3D printer! Purchased this after seeing a Facebook video of someone recommending it and since it wasn’t a paid ad I looked into it. Set up was very easy and user friendly, FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS closely! We downloaded the app to use that way but there’s many other ways to use it. It’s literally as easy as setting up, connecting to the app, and you can start printing. There’s various troubleshooting stuff listed but I personally did not have any issues with set up or operation. I did a test print which was great and then after that we did a few other prints. I believe you can do objects under 12inches at a time, but I imagine you can piece things together for a larger item. Great option for an affordable and user friendly 3D printer! Highly recommend ... show more

  • Worth the money.
Model: TINA2S-WiFi
I've had this little printer for about a year now and I must say its impressed me. I have it on my desk and I use it more then my other ones. Its fast if you speed it up. Not the best quality but for what it cost I've gotten my moneys worth 10x easy. I've probably ran about 15 rolls of PLA, 1 roll of PETG, 1 roll of TPA, and its still going strong. The only issue really is the grip tape like material on the build plate started to detach so I removed it and covered it with painters tape and couldn't tell a difference. Perfect for a first printer. ... show more

  • Not 'Plug and Play' - Extremely Difficult to Connect to Wifi/Bluetooth
Model: TINA2S-WiFi
I am extremely disappointed in this purchase. While the physical assembly of the printer is clear-cut, the technology side is seriously lacking and felt antiquated—like I was working with a screen and software from the 90s. This was supposed to be a very special Christmas gift for my kids because it was their one big present that I saved for, but it turned into a massive headache, and my kids are so disappointed because they were so excited to use it. The "easy" QR code setup in the manual simply does not work. I spent over two hours on their customer service chat, repeating the same steps 7+ times, mostly dealing with an unhelpful AI auto-response that repeated the same steps over and over again to no avail. The product was impossible to set up via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. I spent hours troubleshooting: clearing app caches, re-installing software, and even digging into my router’s advanced settings to manually pause 5GHz bands and disable WPA3 security just to get the app to recognize the machine, which it never did, even though I was told that the device 'was connected.' The Poloprint app is glitchy and doesn't request the necessary permissions correctly, making it nearly impossible to find the printer on a modern mesh Wi-Fi system. For a printer marketed to beginners and kids, the networking requirements are beyond frustrating and customer service support is subpar. Unless you are ready to carve out half a day of your time or are comfortable reconfiguring your home's entire internet setup in several different ways they advise, stay away from this. It is not worth the hassle. ... show more

  • First time user
Model: TINA2S-WiFi
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this for my 8 year old nephew for Christmas. We been printing things from the app. The first print didn’t come out well it clogged, but once I was able to find a video on how to load the filaments correctly we were set to go. I found a video on tik tok how to change the filaments it’s pretty simple. My 8 year old nephew is so happy with it and is having fun printing things. The only issue I have experienced is the app that you use to print things, sometimes gives an error message stating to many people are in the server so printing takes long, and sometimes it prints right away. The app would probably be the only thing I believe needs more improvement's it can be glitchy at times. Overall, we are happy with this 3D printer easy to use by my 8 year old nephew. I would recommend for first time users in using 3D printers. Super kid friendly. Not noisy and super cute. Quality is okay. ... show more

Model: TINA2S-WiFi
Great 3D printer for beginners. We were able to start printing right out of the box. Easy setup. This is our first printer and we had no issues. It is very compact so it’s easy to set up on any table. We haven’t experienced any clogging or lagging or any other print issues.

  • Good purchase
Model: TINA2 Basic-TF Card/No WiFi
Bought for my 10 year old to start out with because she wanted a printer, good value for our money and it makes her happy. Nice and compact so it doesn’t take up room. Prints amazing. Better than other reviews we’ve looked at for printers

  • A bit of a disappointment
Model: TINA2S-WiFi
I have a much larger printer from another manufacturer that I use quite a bit, and I did not necessarily expect this to be near the capability or quality of it, but I am really disappointed in the quality of the model models this printer is producing. I guess I could see that if it is your first and only printer that it would be OK, but I frequently have to clean up the models and remove stringing and the prints are just not that crispy. The bed and capacity is super small but again I figured for children. It would be fine, but it really isn’t living up to expectations. It is also incredibly slow in terms of the printing. The number of models that are available through the app is pretty limited and that requires you to download them and slice them on a computer and then move them over to a SD card, which isn’t that big of a deal but again purchasing it for children I wanted something that they could just print from a iPad. ... show more
