This 3D printer is amazing! The directions were a little challenging to follow, as I didn’t understand the lingo, but we were able to get it put together pretty quickly. The APP that you use along with it is super easy to navigate and the prints are great. There are so many choices of things to create! It was very easy to connect to WIFI and get going. It is not noisy and doesn’t require a large area for set up. We set ours on a nightstand and it’s the perfect size. Definitely worth the money as it is easy to use and works amazing!

The media could not be loaded. I have been in and out of 3d printed since my last printer, (FlashForge Adventurer 5M) would take too long to print a would fail a lot of the prints. I wanted to get back into 3d printing and decided to go with the Bambu Labs A1, Since I’ve gotten it and have been using it for over a month now I can say that for the money it is worth it. The value you get of the size of the print bed, noise level and overall print quality is amazing, I would’ve wished when I started I bought this printer to start since for the money it has a lot of things my other printer didn’t. This was also the first time I had to build the printer from the box but the instructions were really clear and made for a quick assembly. After the initial start it does many test to ensure your printer works well and that it keeps the noise level down to where you can’t hear it from the next room over. The bed leveling is practically perfect as long as you add adhesion exactly where the print goes. The heat transfer is exceptionally good with you not feeling any heat near it except the heating bed but you’d have to get really close to even feel anything. When you also download the app you are able to send prints to your printer directly from your phone and even overlook it with the built in camera on the side but the camera is a little laggy and slow but for the price it’s good. The quickness of the printer is one of the main reasons why I decided to buy this from the rest of the printers I had seen since it can print exceptionally fast. Overall for the money it’s perfect for beginners and experts alike with it being able to make print quality incredibly precise and how quick it is at printing.

I am incredibly impressed with the Bambu Lab A1! This printer is a major step up from my previous Creality K1C — smoother prints, better reliability, and way less hassle. Setup was super simple and assembly was quick and easy. I was printing high-quality models in no time! Everything about this machine feels well-designed and polished. The print quality is sharp, the features are modern, and the whole experience has been fantastic. I finally feel like I can just print without constantly troubleshooting. If you’re looking for a printer that just works and delivers amazing results, the Bambu Lab A1 is definitely the one to get! Highly recommended! 🔥

Part of me really regrets not investing in 3D printing years ago, but a bigger part of me is glad to have waited until the technology matured a little. At any rate, I'm very very happy to have bought this. It's just cool, it's a geek-out factor I don't get to experience very often. The number of free files I can print is insane, I wish I had a dozen of these things all churning out useful (or just fun) things 24/7. It's extremely easy to set up; it syncs with your phone, and the app has a huge catalog of user-created stuff you can use for free. It's very much consumer-grade, no tech knowledge required. I love it, I'll probably buy more. The only problem (if you can even call it that) is occasional feed issues; you get a push notification on your phone, you have to go up and re-feed the PLA spool. It takes 10 seconds and I've only seen it twice. I doubt that's a problem with the product, probably something any printer faces, and it's an instant fix. Buy one, nerd.

This is a great 3D printer for beginners or even for advanced makers who expect to print in PLA, PETG, or possibly even TPU. To print engineering-grade materials such as ABS or ASA, get a printer with an enclosure. I have bought many Bambu Lab printers, and I can confidently say that they just work--they are like the "Apple of 3D printing" in that the printer (hardware), slicer (software), and model repository (content) are all seamlessly integrated. Of course, I've done knucklehead things like getting failed prints due to not cleaning my build plate, but barring user errors, these printers work great and are fast. I've also had some hardware issues with my Bambu Lab printers in the past, and I must say that their customer support team is terrific. Recently I had an issue with my A1, and even though my A1 printer was past the 1-year warranty in the US, they helped me diagnose the problem and even sent me a replacement power switch assembly free of charge, and after installing it, my printer was up and running again. This exceeded my expectations.

I've made multiple random prints with this machine and I am so far not disappointed. The little touchscreen is very easy to use and the accompanying BambuLabs apps make progress tracking easy. Everything I've made so far was made with really good quality. Setup took about an hour and trying to get the bottom plate out was definitely a pain, but in the end, all is well. The price of this printer has definitely dropped over the past few years, so if it was an OK deal back then, it's a great deal now, especially if you're just getting started with 3D Printing. Unless you're super low on space, I would definitely recommend this over the Mini. If you don't have a solid table, just put it on the ground. While printing, the noise level is not that loud, especially if you have a (recommended) air purifier running near it. Overall, if you want a printer from a reputable brand that really does just work, go for the A1. It's an amazing gateway printer.
