Tikom G800 robot vacuum is really good! Its black appearance is stable and elegant, and the buttons are simple and easy to master. It is very smart to use. At first, I put it in the middle of the floor of the house, and it would brush in one direction without repeating. After cleaning half of the floor of the house, it returned to the original place and started to clean the other half. In addition, if it gets under a stool or small-sized furniture, it will try several times and then successfully come out. It has a long working time after a single charge and can clean a large area. In addition, its noise is relatively low, which will not affect the work and study of my family. I like it very much.

I recently purchased this robot vacuum and mop combo, and it has exceeded my expectations! It cleans both my carpet and floors effortlessly, saving me so much time and energy. The media could not be loaded. This is my first robot vacuum, and after doing some research, I found the Tikom model to offer the best combination of price and features. After two weeks of use, I’m glad I chose it—it’s been a great purchase. The suction power is strong, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it is while running. The included remote control adds a lot of flexibility, allowing me to customize the cleaning schedule and settings easily. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this vacuum and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good balance of performance and value.

This robot came off sweet and a perfect addition to my home. First off, it comes with a roll of “blockage tape” to provide a barrier for items that it cannot go over. The roll is SMALL I have 2 indoor mats (front and garage) then I have 2 puppy pads, it was barely enough to cover the two puppy pads area. Secondly, the mapping is off I tried to stop it and reset the map but to my surprise there is no reset for the mapping. It’s a one and done. I tried all of the reset instructions, I even deleted the device and all data hoping that would factory reset. NOOOO! I reread the manual, the company website and tried YouTube videos, to no avail. Then, my living room and dining room is one open space, it completely missed the dining room. I allowed it to complete and return back to its home and I placed it in the dining room to give it a little direction. NO! It completely missed my RECTANGULAR OPEN BOTTOM BENCH STYLE dining room table. So I said let me place it back home and hopefully it knows it’s way around now. Nope! I started another cleaning and the map disappeared! Like WTF. I’m a tech and gadget girl but this really pissed me off! I sat on my couch for 43 minutes while it roamed around “cleaning” over the same spots and heading in the opposite direction of where it was originally headed. I was completely confused watching this thing. To make matters worse my family and dogs were just as confused as I was. They kept peeking their heads over in confusion like you were just here, that part made me laugh because it validated that I wasn’t going crazy. Ughhhh I’m upset, the reviews were raging for this item and I’ve been wanting one of these for so long! Now dont get me wrong the suction on this device works very well but it’s just a NO for me.

The vacuum itself is pretty nice and works well going from carpet to hardwood to tile. However, the remote isn't good at all. It will take a few times hitting a button for it to register and trying to have it turn is awful. After about 2 turns, it completely stops taking commands. Besides the remote, I like it.
