I’ve been using the Tikom Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo (G8000 Max) for a couple of weeks now, and it’s been a pretty helpful addition to my routine. Compared to other vacuum cleaners for home, this one feels very simple and straightforward. It doesn’t have a complicated mapping system, which I actually appreciate—you just place it in a room, press start, and it figures its way around on its own. It’s surprisingly thorough, going over both hard floors and carpets without much issue, and the suction is strong enough to pick up pet hair and dust easily. Even though it’s not a stick vacuum cleaner or a cordless vacuum cleaner, it still gives that same sense of convenience without much effort on my end. I also like that it comes with different modes and functions that handle different floor conditions, whether it’s light dust or more stubborn dirt. It’s fairly lightweight and quiet, so it doesn’t feel intrusive while running. Overall, it’s not perfect, but it gets the job done and makes daily cleaning feel a lot less tiring.

Picks up dirt, hair, crumbs and whatever else that my toddler has dropped + daily shedding. Easy to connect to WiFi and clean the sensors with a microfiber cloth — I feel it gets smarter with each use. Bought a month ago and it’s still going strong. Only improvement is that I wish the fluid container would hold cleaner for mopping floors but overall happy with my purchase

I don’t usually write reviews, but the Tikom G8000 Max has been such a game-changer that I had to share my experience. I was immediately impressed by how simple the setup was; it connected to Wi-Fi without a hitch, and the app is incredibly intuitive to download and navigate. In the week I’ve owned it, this vacuum has proven to be far more intelligent than I expected—the AI technology is clearly advancing every year! It runs much quieter and smoother than my previous vacuum and, most importantly, it actually stays on track and never gets stuck. The suction power is excellent for picking up dust and pet hair, and the mopping function is a fantastic bonus for keeping the floors fresh with light daily cleaning. Right out of the box, the unit feels sturdy and well-made, giving me confidence that it’s built to last through daily use. In terms of performance, it has exceeded my expectations. It picks up dust and hair remarkably well, which is always the biggest test for these machines. When this robot does what it says it’s great, but trying to get it to finish cleaning an entire room is terrible. I have used it six times now and each time it does something different. It never starts in the same place, it does random motions (I guess it could be considered a zig zag motion if you’re drunk), it starts in one room and randomly decides it needs to go to the opposite end of the house, it doesn’t finish one room unless I babysit it, it doesn’t turn off the mop if I have it set to sweep and mop when it moves from hardwood to carpet, and it’s just generally a pain in the butt. There is so much rework by this robot that drains the battery just by going back and forth and redoing what it just did. There is no rhyme or reason and will leave unfinished areas even though it’s right next to them. I also can’t get the manual to work so I can’t even control or that way. I think I am going to try a version with smart mapping because the whole idea was to make it easier to clean and run it when I’m at work or upstairs doing something else but I can’t leave it alone. I have to watch it to make sure it cleans the entire room instead of going back and forth throughout the house and killing its battery and dying in the middle of the kitchen. If you want to be able to set a robot to clean rooms regularly and consistently this is not for you. Pay a little more and get one that’s a little smarter.
