Very satisfied with this robot vacuum! This robot vacuum has truly made my life easier. The suction power is strong and it does a great job picking up dust, hair, and pet fur. It cleans thoroughly, even along edges and corners, and the smart navigation helps it avoid bumping into furniture or missing spots. The mopping function works surprisingly well and doesn’t leave water marks on the floor. It runs quietly, has good battery life, and automatically returns to the charging dock when finished. This robot vacuum is truly impressive. The design is simple, modern, and very sleek. It runs extremely quietly, so it doesn’t disturb anyone at home while cleaning. The cleaning performance is excellent. It easily picks up dust, hair, and small debris from the floor, leaving everything looking clean and tidy. It can also reach under the sofa and bed—areas that are usually difficult to clean. What I like most is how smart it is. It navigates efficiently around the house without bumping into furniture too often, and it automatically returns to the charging dock when the battery is low. A friend introduced this product to me. I never had a robot cleaner before but heard it helps to clean floor greatly. So I gave a try. The product was delivered next day after I placed the order, very quick. The size is perfect for my small house. The setup is easy. I was able to give a tryout after just 30 minutes setup. The robot moves smoothly and is very gentle when hitting furniture. It can even climb from hardwood floor to carpet, up or down, without any problem. After half hour try, I just let it go without even looking at it, not worrying any possible damage to anything. After two hours try, it cleaned floor very thoroughly and wend to the base station by itself for charging. The base station sucked all dust from the robot cleaner. I don't need to do anything other than pushing the power button to start the cleaning process; the robot did the rest. With such a product, the paid price is well worth it.

I’m super happy with my recent purchase of the Tikom robot vacuum. It was very easy to set up and use, and I love that it can be controlled through the buttons, the app, or even voice commands. It sweeps with or without mopping depending on your needs, runs very quietly, picks up dust and pet hair efficiently, and leaves the floor looking fresh and nicely cleaned. The floor‑detection feature is a big plus, as it smartly turns around at stairs to avoid falling. I also appreciate the large‑capacity self‑empty base, which means I don’t have to empty the dust holder after every cleaning cycle. Overall, this vacuum is high‑quality, efficient, and very reasonably priced. Definitely worth it!

I will start by listing the positives and at the end I will say why I didn't give a full 5 stars. I really like the in app features, easy to understand and use. it maps out your house. the no go zones are easy. you can have it clean your whole house or just certain rooms. I like the vacuum function, its not to loud or annoying sounding and it does vacuum well. however, the reason i removed 1 star is because it doesn't actually mop anything. water gets released from the reservoir onto the "mop pad" which is just a micro fiber cloth attached with Velcro to the bottom of the unit. is just runs that damp cloth over the tile. i wouldn't really consider this mopping. but it makes sense as this is 3 or 4 times cheaper than other vacuum and mop robots. I'm still happy with my purchase and I would recommend it though.

I’m honestly impressed with this vacuum and mop robot. The first thing I noticed is how quiet it is—much, much quieter than my Roomba. I can run it while working or even on calls without it being distracting, which is a huge win. The auto dust collection feature is another standout. Not having to empty the bin every day makes the whole experience truly hands-off and low maintenance. It feels like real automation, not just a gimmick. I also love the room mapping function. It maps my home accurately, cleans efficiently, and doesn’t randomly wander around. I can clearly see where it’s been and trust that it’s covering everything. Overall, this robot cleaner is quiet, smart, and incredibly convenient. It’s a big upgrade from older models and absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!
