Honestly impressed — especially with 4 dogs!
I wasn’t expecting too much from a robot vacuum, but this one has definitely exceeded my expectations. We have 4 dogs, so there is always hair, dirt, and who-knows-what-else being tracked through the house. The suction and collection have been MUCH better than I expected. The mapping is probably one of my favorite features. It did a really good job learning the layout of our house, and it doesn’t just randomly bounce around like some other robot vacuums I’ve tried. It seems to know where it is going and does a pretty thorough job covering the floors. The app is also really easy to use. I like being able to see the map, set cleaning schedules, choose areas, and keep an eye on what the vacuum is doing without having to mess with it constantly. As far as cleaning goes, it has been great for our everyday messes. With four dogs, I was especially concerned about whether the dustbin/self-emptying system would actually keep up. So far, the collection and suction have been surprisingly impressive. I don't feel like I'm constantly having to stop and clean out the vacuum after every run. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase. It has made keeping up with the floors a lot easier, and anything that helps manage the daily chaos of a four-dog household gets a big thumbs-up from me!

So impressed with this little robot!
I wasn’t sure how much I would actually use a robot vacuum, but this Tikom has been such a great purchase. I have mostly hardwood floors, and I’m always surprised by how much dust, hair and little crumbs it picks up even when the floors look clean. The suction is really good, and having the vacuum and mop together makes keeping the hardwood clean so much easier. What I love most is how little attention it needs. It maps the house, cleans in an organized pattern, gets around furniture well, and returns to the base by itself when it’s done. The self-emptying feature is a huge plus too. It’s also surprisingly quiet, has good battery life, and the mopping is perfect for everyday maintenance. I’m using my regular vacuum and mop way less now. For the price and how much time it saves me, I’m genuinely impressed. Definitely one of those purchases I wish I had made sooner! Highly recommend!

A very reasonably priced robot vacuum that performs well
This is a very reasonably priced robot vacuum that performs very well. It is easy to program, extremely quiet, and does a very good job vacuuming the house. I purchased this vacuum to be used as a secondary vacuum in the basement, but after seeing what a great job it does, it became my primary vacuum. I am especially impressed by how quiet it is! I few times I thought it did not come out at the scheduled time, until I see it working. Also I like that it detects carpeted areas and automatically increases suction in those areas. It also does the job in a reasonable time on a single charge. On the main level of my home it takes 76 minutes vacuum cover a 732 sq. feet area. The Tuya App also works great. The layout is very intuitive; it is easy to understand and use. My only complaint is that I wish it would automatically save maps that are generated, so it can be retrieved if necessary. Recently I decided to take the vacuum from the main level to vacuum my bedroom. But after I was done vacuuming the bedroom, I realized that I lost the programming for the main level. Unfortunately, I had to re-run the vacuum on the main level to re-generate the map and re-program my no-go settings. Now I know I have to save the map, but I wish that was automatic. Another critique I have is that each time a map is saved, the most recent map is “Map 1” and the previously saved maps are renumbered (the maps are also time and date stamped). I don’t like that naming order; I would prefer if the maps were numbered in the order that they were they saved. For example if I have “Map 1” and “Map 2” saved and I decided to save a third map, under the current system, the new map becomes “Map 1” and the existing maps are renumbered to become “Map 2” and Map 3”, respectively. I think if there were already 2 existing map, the third map should be “Map 3”. Overall I highly recommend this vacuum.

The Smart Home Purchase I Wish I Had Made Sooner After putting it off for years, I finally purchased the Tikom 6000Pa Robot Vacuum and Mop, and I can honestly say it's one of the best home purchases I've made. I have a combination of hard floors, area rugs, and carpet, plus three cats, so keeping floors clean can feel like a never-ending battle. After several weeks of use, the Tikom has become part of my daily routine, and it's dramatically reduced the amount of time I spend vacuuming. Powerful Suction That Actually Delivers. The biggest selling point for me was the suction power, and it lives up to the hype. I was genuinely surprised by how much dirt, dust, cat hair, and random debris it picks up, even on days when the floors don't look particularly dirty. It transitions seamlessly from hard floors to carpet and automatically boosts suction when needed. The first time I emptied the collection bag, I was both impressed and slightly horrified by how much it found that my regular cleaning had apparently missed. For pet owners especially, the suction power is a game changer. Cat hair seems to multiply overnight in my house, and the Tikom keeps up with it remarkably well. The Navigation Is Smarter Than I Expected. I had low expectations because I've had other robot vacuums (even other versions of the Tikom) bounce aimlessly around rooms like a confused bumper car. The Tikom 6000pa is nothing like that. It's far superior to the other models. Mapping is quick and accurate, and now it cleans in organized patterns rather than randomly wandering through the house. It knows where it's been, where it still needs to go, and how to get around furniture efficiently. The app was also easier to use than I anticipated. I can: Schedule daily cleanings Select individual rooms Create no-go zones Set virtual walls Adjust suction levels Control water output for mopping Once everything was mapped, I barely had to think about it. Confession: My Cats Were the Reason I Waited So Long. As a cat owner, my biggest hesitation wasn't the cost or the technology. It was the thought of the vacuum finding something it shouldn't. I had visions of it swallowing crinkle balls, cat toys, hair ties, and worst of all, discovering a surprise pile of cat puke and turning a small incident into a house-wide catastrophe. Those horror stories were honestly what kept me from buying a robotic vacuum for years. What I've discovered is that the solution is incredibly simple. Before the scheduled cleaning starts each day, I spend about two minutes doing a quick pickup around the house. I gather any toys, move stray cords, and make sure there aren't any surprises waiting for the vacuum. That tiny bit of preparation gives me complete peace of mind, and it's a small tradeoff considering I no longer need to vacuum the entire house myself. Battery Life and Reliability: Battery performance has been excellent. It can easily handle my main floor on a single charge and hasn't had any issues completing scheduled cleanings. I especially appreciate that I can set it and forget it. It simply runs on schedule, cleans the house, empties itself, and returns to the dock. That's exactly what I wanted from a robot vacuum. It keeps my floors consistently clean, handles pet hair better than I expected, and has significantly reduced the time I spend on daily cleaning. Most importantly, it solved a problem I didn't realize I had: keeping up with constant floor maintenance without feeling like I'm always vacuuming. Works good but there are few things about it.
I really do like this but there are a few issues with it for me. I like the total automation of it which includes the cleaning out of the dust tray into a disposal bag. That part is great. I don't have to clean it out for about two months. The issue I ran into is that the portal where it connects from the vacuum to the dust bag was clogged with hair so for a while the dust tray was not emptying until I pulled the bag out to replace it and saw the huge clog in the portal. I'll have to be sure to check that periodically. The other part is mapping the area for rugs to not have the unit mop those areas. That's almost impossible if you have as many area rugs as I do. You have to be able to measure the length and width and identify it in the area map it creates for each room. Not an easy task to get it measured within the right dimensions that are specifically just the rug. When you look at an area map you will understand what I am saying. So I opted to not use the mop feature. Lastly the speaking voice I cannot understand a word she is saying in English. It is so distorted it's hard to figure out what you are hearing. I do like it but it's just not as great as it could be.

I’m really happy with this robot vacuum and mop! It was easy to set up and does a great job keeping my floors clean without me having to constantly vacuum. It picks up hair, dust, and everyday messes really well, and I love having the mopping feature too. The self-emptying feature is super convenient and saves me so much time. It navigates around the house well and the app is easy to use. Definitely worth it, especially if you’re busy and want to keep your floors clean with less effort. Highly recommend!

A Wonderful Vacuum (German Shepherd Shedding)
I am give the Tikom Robot Vacuum and Mop five stars. This gets a lot of use in my home. I have a German Shepard that is over a hundred pounds. Shepherds shed all year long. I also have a long haired cat. I have hardwood floors, carpeted floors, and ceramic tile floors. I literally would have to hand vacuum everyday if it was not for this vacuum. This is the second robotic vacuum I’ve had. I like this one much better than the first which was more expensive. It was very easy to set up and use. The vacuum comes with an app that controls everything you want to do. The mapping and navigation feature works great. The first time you run the vacuum it will map the layout of your home in its memory. You can also select which rooms you wanted vacuumed or if you want the entire house vacuumed. I absolutely love the self- emptying base. When the vacuum is done running it dumps the hair, and everything else it picks up and automatically expels the debris into a bag stored in the base. My other floor cleaner I had to dump the bin two- three times each time it ran. It also had to charge once or twice in order to finish. The Tikom can clean this entire house on one charge. The only thing I’ve had to clean periodically is the main brush and it is super easy to clean. The unit is super quiet compared to the more expensive unit I used to have. I can run it and watch TV at the same time easily. I love that I can start the vacuum just by using the app. I do not even need to be at home. It has more features than I will ever use which is fine with me. I have five large oriental rugs, a long runner, and two smaller ones that all match. The vacuum has no problems transitioning from hardwood to rugs. I have a braided rug on ceramic tile in the washroom and again the unit has no problem with transitioning between them. What really impresses me is I have ceramic tile in the bathrooms and the old unit would wad up my cotton throw rugs and then get stuck in them. This unit does not mess up my rugs and transitions nicely. I have floor vents and the unit does fine with those too. I have included a video on changing the bag in the self-emptying base. It is awesome how that works.

Awful Vacuum - Back to the Search
Very disappointed in this vacuum. I had a previous robot vacuum that never worked properly even when I first got it, and I've been convinced they just don't work well in general. I'm pretty technology savvy and we have a lot of smart devices in the house already so I finally broke down and decided to buy a new one. I vacuum every day because I have a dog that sheds a lot, and I mop once every two weeks. Sometimes weekly if the floors are bad. I know robot vacuums don't do as good of a job as I do, but I was hoping buying a new more efficient one would help alleviate me having to clean the floors as often and cut down on the hair a little. I have mainly hard floors, two carpeted rooms and a few low profile rugs. I also don't have a lot of stuff on my floors. Just mainly standard furniture. I went with the Tikom robot vacuum because of the affordability and because of the amazing reviews it had. I've had it less than a month and only have used it maybe four times and have had a lot of issues. I wasn't expecting miracles, and I know technology can be finicky, but I'm having issues that don't even make it worth using it in the first place. These are the issues I've had so far: #1. The vacuum came with an instruction manual and a quick start guide. For some reason they put additional instructions on TOP of the lid for the self emptying base. Not only is this tacky and an eyesore, I wasn't able to remove it completely (see pics). It was the kind of sticker that was permanent and waterproof. Why would instructions be put on a sticker attached to the machine itself that isn't removable when they already give you two sets of instructions? I tried to scrape it off but was worried I'd scratch the plastic so I was planning on soaking it in goo gone until I decided to return it all together because of the other issues I started having. Issue #2. At first I was impressed because upon using it for the first time, it mapped out my whole house accurately. But out of the four times I've used it, it's only ever cleaned my master bedroom/attached bathroom once. Even though there's still battery life when it's done cleaning the rest of the house, and even when I make sure the "clean whole house" mode is on. I've even ensured there's no room restrictions on the app. Issue #3. I have a very low profile rug in my laundry room. Not shag. I can easily vacuum it with any traditional vacuum. Every time it goes over this rug, it gets stuck in the corner of the laundry room and I tells me I have to put it back on a hard surface. I have lots of rugs in the house and it doesn't do this with any other rugs. There's nothing else on the laundry room floor that would allow it to get trapped. I'm baffled why it can't seem to turn around. It's not even a small space. Issue #4. It has a hard time docking. The last time I used it, it couldn't find the docking station and somehow got stuck under a piece of furniture that was so low profile, I don't even know how it got under there in the first place. I didn't realize it was under there and it died on me. Which because it was dead and I couldn't see the location on the app, it took me forever to find the thing later when I went to try and return it to its station to charge. It's also had a hard time docking two other times and I manually had to make sure it was charging. Issue #5. And the WORST issue so far. I finally created a cleaning schedule for it. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, vacuum whole house starting at 10:00 am. It worked that Thursday after I created the schedule like normal. Then Saturday morning at 3:36 am, the robot vacuum starts vacuuming randomly! It's just my husband and I and our dog living in the house. My dog started barking, and he doesn't normally bark at the vacuum and I figured it was a noise outside, so when my husband got out of bed to check and told me the robot vacuum was running, I was shocked! I checked the app and the time still said 10:00. It wasn't unplugging nor did we lose electricity at any point. In fact, we unplug our wifi at night and since this thing uses wifi, I don't know how it started on its own anyway. My phone also goes on airplane mode at night with no Bluetooth or wifi connection while I sleep. Later that morning after we got up, I tried deleting the scheduled cleaning and the app won't allow you to delete any schedules you've already created. Just turn them on and off. So I deleted the the device from the app entirely, thinking maybe I'd try reinstalling it again and start from scratch. Then at 10:00 am later that morning, WITHOUT even being added as a known device on the app, it starts cleaning again on its own. I finally shut the thing off entirely. All this to say I've been terrified to use the mop feature yet and I haven't ran it using Alexa either. I am so thankful I kept the box, and for Amazon's return window! I don't want to lose sleep anymore over a roboto vacuum 😅 Buyer beware. I'd look elsewhere for a vacuum if I were you!
