Cons: no Apple HomeKit support :-( If you are OCD about the lines in your carpet, you may not like the pattern it leaves behind. (But it cleans floors thoroughly and it saves us time when cleaning, so for us, totally worth it, eventually the patterns fade away) Pros: Easy setup. Surprisingly quiet. Even at its max. We have a scaredy cat who hates our standing vacuum. She is intrigued by this vacuum. She follows it around sniffing for its scent. Love the virtual no go walls. Easy to setup, adjust, and remove. Scans rooms easily and accurately. Easy to save and edit maps labeling rooms and floors. Can task robot to spot clean, clean entire floor, clean specific room or area. You can use 1 device for multiple floors, but we just got tired of moving from floor to floor and decided to buy a second one. Suction is amazing on carpet and hardwood floors. Vacuum has ability to detect type of floor and adjust suction accordingly. Very intuitive. Its ability to get around objects is entertaining. I haven’t tried mop feature yet. But when I do I will update my review. Unfortunately I can’t review Voice Control because we use Apple HomeKit (vacuum not compatible) I hope in time they offer accessories like automatic cleaning of dust bin when filled and add Apple HomeKit without creating an entire new model. ... show more

I am pleasantly amazed at the outcome of this purchase. I had a few robot vacuums before this and was satisfied with its performance based on cost. But once I upgraded to this one I was even more surprised at how well it works. It has now changed the way a clean going forward. Definitely will save time and energy in cleaning my floors. The suction ability on the highest speed is very good and will remove large debris. It cleans wonderfully and is very easy to operate. It seems to map well. It’s easy to clean. It’s quiet. And I love the various settings and features it has. We have a dog and a cat and it has no issues collecting the hair. I like the look and feel of this product, from packaging to design it seems very high in quality and presentation and it works just as well. I used it to clean an entire room as an initial test. Used the magnetic strip to prevent it from going down the steps, closed the door behind me and left it to work. after a few mins a checked and the room was very clean. under the bed and those hard to reach places where it could fit. Emptying the bin was very easy, and requires no tools. just open the top lid, lift the handle and pull out the bin then empty it and replace. in a matter of seconds. A then just clean all the other rooms and sections of the house whilst I did other things making sure to remove any cords or strings lying around that could get tangled in the suction under the bottom. and before long the entire house was clean. I am satisfied it surpassed my expectations. Definitely recommend overall! ... show more
