This ceiling fan with the Tiffany lamp is gorgeous! It's much prettier than even shown in photos. It's perfect for a medium-sized room. The choices for how bright it can be and how fast the fan goes (and in which direction) is superb. We had licensed electricians install the fan/light and they said it was easy (you probably should do the same because if any installation is not on an approved box, the stability could be called into question.

I had such high hopes for this ceiling fan. I wanted to replace a Tiffany style light fixture with a ceiling fan. This one looked like an ideal fit as it's style was very similar to the light being replaced. The fan claims to have dimmable light with three color temperatures. Only half that is true. There are three color temperatures, but switching between them is more hassle than it need be. Instead of having a switch, the fan cycles color temperatures when the light is turned on and off rapidly. The problem with this is that the color temperature can be changed inadvertently when someone turns the light on and off quickly. The manual is vague and flat out off in some steps. For example, the manual claims there are three wires for the fan controller: Hot, Neutral, and Ground. There's no ground and it's not important, but it appears that they switched out the controller after writing the manual. The manual doesn't talk about the remote, which is the only way to operate the fan at all. The controller is labeled as a Ceiling Fan Remote Controller with a part number of TL-FSY066-003, but I cannot find any product via search matching that part number for directions. Instead, the remote comes with a small two sided instruction sheet with one side describing the functions tersely like the button that's for "natural wind rollback." No idea what it does. The other side claims that this is a smart fan controller that can be controlled via the Tuya Smartlife platform. It's supposed to enter pairing mode by turning on the light and long pressing the fan off button until two beeps are heard. Two beeps are never heard and I've not been able to add the fan to my smart home system. I emailed support at the only listed email address on the manual asking about additional remotes as I'd like a permanently wall mounted one, but I've yet to receive a reply. I doubt I'll receive one about the controller and its smart functions. If the light is dimmable, there appears to be no way to dim it from the only remote. The light button only turns it on and off. Long pressing doesn't help. Turning the light on and off via this button rapidly does switch between the three color temperatures. I bought this fixture on the claim of it being dimmable as my old light was dimmable and we used it. There is no claim of it being a smart fan, but it would be a nice bonus if it were, but that doesn't appear to be true. Or at least it doesn't work or set up as claimed. There's no one to answer questions and I wouldn't expect anyone to be around to offer warranty support if there are any issues during the warranty period. The seller isn't clear as to whether the light is replaceable or not. I'd hate to have to throw away the fan if I can't get a replacement light kit anywhere. Again, the seller / manufacturer don't appear to be answering their email at an outlook.com email address, so I have no way of knowing. There appears to be no support now and I doubt there will be any support in the future when it's needed. The fan itself is quiet and provides a nice breeze at its highest speed of six speeds. At this point I don't have much faith in the product or the seller, so it will be coming down and going back into the box. Save your time and money. The hassle and risk just isn't worth it. Buy a reputable brand with support and parts availability.

Issues with electrical hook up and poor troubleshooting information was limited, no current email or link information BUT once electrical and pairing issues were resolved (took about 48 hrs to install with issues) couldn’t be happier. Fan overall appearance is beautiful, simple body of design allows the glass design to be the show. It operates as expected, surprisingly quiet and good air movement. And price is reasonable, quality of product good. Glass color good. We are HAPPY.

Obsessed with this. It's so beautiful. Love the remote and how easy it is to do everything. I love that there's different light settings. And it was probably half the price of the other similar options and the quality didn't suffer. Would 100% recommend and purchase again

After reading the mixed reviews,I decided to buy anyway since this fan had a Victorian feel. I’m so glad I did. It is quieter than my Hunter fan, the stained glass is actually really pretty considering the price I wasn’t sure what to expect. The remote works perfectly from the start . I would definitely buy this again and would recommend on my experience.
