This is a 2-piece set with a short-sleeve T-shirt and shorts. The hat is not included. I ordered a size 3-4T, and it fits my 3-year-old well. The blue color looks nice, and the fabric has a good amount of stretch. It is a simple outfit, but my son looks good in it.
