I threw out my old pans & use this for everything! It’s great for frying different foods, making soup, steak, pasta, Chinese food, steaming vegetables, even boiling noodles. I don’t know what this pan is made of but whatever it is, it makes the food cook faster, even and you don’t need butter or oil. I fry my eggs in this pan without using any spray, butter, oil, etc.! The easiest pan I have ever cleaned in my life! You can literally wipe it out with a paper towel, no matter what you have cooked in it. Absolutely nothing sticks to this pan! It says it’s dishwasher safe, but I do not put it in the dishwasher, I always hand wash it . Literally takes seconds to clean. Food does not stain the pan and it doesn’t scratch from utensils. I don’t use metal in the pan. Extremely durable, , lid fits snug, quality is amazing, the pan has some weight to it, it’s not light as air and cheap feeling. Love how the lid stands on the handle securely and does not wobble over. Clever how the red crown at the base of the handle turns white when your pan reaches 300°!! Just having that temperature handle built in has improved my cooking tremendously, by knowing when the grease is hot enough to put my food in, or how long things have been cooking at that temperature, etc. I’m going to buy another one of these pans, & one for my mother. Well after being a Professional Chef for 38 years. I know how to give cookware a good workout for sure. I have now had this Tibrang 8-in-1 multifunction pan for about a month now, and have put it through the test with my cooking. And I have used it at least once a day using many cooking methods and it has held up very well. From cooking to cleaning it is a very good piece of cookware with just a couple things that I sort of dislike about it. I like the screw in handle with the heat indicator built into it, but it does get hot when using it even on the stove top, so don't forget to grab it with a mitt or glove. And the pressure relief valve seems to not work well all the time, so I did change it out with the extra one that comes with the pan. But all in all it is a really good cookware to have. In fact I have put another one on my wish-list to put in our RV, with the limited storage space it will take the place of some of the older cookware we have in the RV. ... show more

great all around, retains heat great for sauteed items stirfry in stews steaming. Easy clean up only issue is afterwards. Best pot i own just one small issue after first while cleaning up paint color cane off on handle while scrubbing using a scoth soft scrubby. So removed 1 star

If ur wondering whether to get this or not just get it. My friend got it in pink and cooked the best steaks so naturally I needed it too but in orange, arrived within 8 hours of ordering, and already I’ve been cooking up a storm. It’s just so perfect for cooking literally anything. I highly recommend ! As for the parts people complain about : the button for air or not air doesn’t really work but then again I wouldn’t use this as a pressure cooker anyways. The is a crown that changes to white when it’s hott but the handle is so long that it never gets too hot where that’s an issue. I’ve also already used it in the oven for a stew and it was great no issues. lastly the fact that the cover can stand on its own is great if you have a small kitchen. ... show more

Wow, where has this pan been all my life? It is great, nothing sticks to it, easy to remove the handle and finish cooking in the oven, or bake anything. Steamed/pan fried dumplings came out wonderful, using the steaming ring, then poured out the water, added a tiny amount of oil and browned and they came out perfect. I have used it for everything I cook and dishes come out perfectly. Can't recommend this enough, for frying, baking, steaming, whatever you need. ... show more
