I have been looking for a pan like this for years. The perfect balance between steel and non stick. The pan is coated steel. Like steel- you heat it up, then add oil, then the food. You Can't Skip Those Steps! Works perfectly for eggs. Doesn't even stick if you forget to wash the pan overnight. Meat: Like any metal pan- lay the meat down in the hot pan, the meat will instantly stick. Don't try to pry it loose, let it cook until the bottom browns just a bit and the meat releases. Flip it and repeat. As always, leave thick pieces of meat out to reach room temp so the center will cook. Let the steel pan cool naturaly or the enamel will crack. Remember don't put food in a cold steel pan. Heat. Oil. Add food.

I've only used the pan a few times, but it does what it's supposed to do; that is cook. Nothing sticks, and the pan appears to heat evenly. The temperature indicator is also a useful feature. I needed a new small pan, and I have no complaints about this one.

This pan is great and makes the perfect over easy eggs. Easy to clean and after many washes it still does not have any scratches.

This pan just arrived yesterday, so I haven't had a chance to use it yet. It's quite lovely but I suspect it may be counterfeit (not that I care for this price)... the instructions are hilariously unintelligible. 3 stars because no silicone pan ear was included, and I really wonder what that is 🙃

I love this pan but mine came broken, the tip of the handle I sid not send it back. I try to fix it but it did not last. I still think this is a great pan. I have the larger one as well. I only rated it a for because it came broken. I sid not want to send it back

I followed the initial instructions to "prep" the pan and it was very nice for about a month! For context, I use it daily and follow all instructions (never heat past medium, wash after cool-off, etc.) the nonstick has worn off so much that not even a scrambled egg will cook nicely, unless you use a gallon of oil... such a shame because the pan is so cute & I love the temperature indicator. But the nonstick is practically gone & the inner center of the pan is easily stained :-(
