Ordered from Amazon UK and paid less than ordering in the US or via the Thule website, even after shipping. So I was very happy with that. Neither the printed instructions nor the instructional video have any words so you have to do with pics. This was only a minor obstacle though. Installation was fairly straightforward with the only additional tool required being a pair of scissors. For some reason you have to cut the rubber strips provided which is a bit weird. I installed this on my 2019 Volvo XC 90 in about 30 mins. Despite the aerodynamic look, these bars are not quiet. If you drive at a moderate pace (over 30 mph) with the windows down or sunroof open you will absolutely hear the difference! However they do work! I added a Yamaka Kayak rack and was able to properly load/unload and transport a kayak on top with no issues. So I'm pretty happy with the product overall. ... show more

They came a little bent and looks great. The two things I dislike about it is that the directions are close to non-existent... it doesn't tell you which faces front and which faces towards the back of your car. I ended up installering the thinner side facing the front of the car because the THULE sticker can be read that way so I assumed the narrow blade look faces front. Don't install it facing this direction as you'll get wind noise like a whistle at certain speeds. I took it off and reinstalled it with the thicker side facing front and the wind noise went away. ... show more

This is my first rack. It's quiet enough, there's slight high pitch noise at around 50-70mph. Easy enough to assemble, like 5-10 minutes from bare car to car with a rack and a bike. Cons: rubber damaged after the first time, and photo is made after i installed bike rack the second time.

Product arrived missing the rubber strips and there were a few spots that looked like the bars were dropped. I also still can’t quite comprehend the price for what you get.
