Turned up in sturdy, protective packaging, and works perfectly fine, even after being jostled around in my bag. My only complaint was that the system was a little dirty when it showed up, but it was easy to clean 9/10, would recommend, just make sure to clean the system when you receive it.

I got this for my dad to replace the one we lost years ago. I'm not sure if it is simply an issue that the old system had or if it is a defect, but I've noticed that if you bump the console it turns off. I think I remember our old one doing the same thing. However, that could have been because we lost the back battery plate so the batteries sometimes came loose. This doesn't seem to be necessarily the same issue as it only happens when you touch near the power button on the bottom. Other than the above-mentioned issue its been working great! I would recommend getting the light attachment as well. Not sure if my eyes have gotten worse or what but it can be hard to see the screen at times. ... show more

Can't see the screen is so dark. Grandson won't use it because it hurts his eyes. Waste of my money.
