The media could not be loaded. I recently bought The Run walking pad and was excited to start using it. When I first set it up, I made some mistakes and the running belt shifted to one side, which caused a lot of noise and eventually shredded the edge of the belt. I reached out to the company for help, and their customer service was incredible. A representative quickly got back to me, walked me through how to fix the alignment, and made sure I understood everything clearly. She even offered to send me a brand new running belt to replace the damaged one and a complimentary treadmill mat to place underneath for better stability and noise reduction. The walking pad itself is compact, easy to use, and perfect for daily walking at home. But what really impressed me was how much the company stood behind their product. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. There I currently no more noise and the alignment is centered. I wfh & was looking for a walking pad as I can’t sit for too long. I love how it’s just the right size, not too big or heavy to move around, many options for your walking, tracks time, calories, distance and different speeds. Only down fall is that it is kind of loud, for my preference. Has no smell to it but I do recommend to put shoes on as I was walking the pad in socks but at the 45 minute mark it starts to feel hot. Walking pad comes with remote which I think it’s pretty cool, no incline option and the cord is not long enough, again for my preference but it does the job. ... show more
