Very easy to assemble, doesn't take up very much space. I like the settings. The best treadmill for the money. I would like to be able to hold the bar, but it is for holding your device so it is at wrong angle. I would buy it again.

For preface, I walk 3-5 miles 4/5 a week, depending if I'm doing hills that day. I also wear a weighted vest. I needed something with winter on the way. This is just what I needed. I actually get a better workout, as I now see I have been inconsistent with my pace. This allows (forces) a consistent steady pace throughout. I still wear a weighted vest, and have added hand weights. What a difference! As far as the incline, it takes a few seconds to incline, not an issue that it's manual. I was going to buy a pad to put under, but as you can see, I just used the box it came in! Actually works amazing, as I can easily slide the entire unit to wherever I want it. Definitely a good product!
