After looking at numerous treadmills and reading reviews, I decided to buy TheRun, and have no regrets at all. Delivery arrived sooner than expected, and was very well packaged. The manual was clear and showed step by step assembly that make screwing the parts easy and fast. I'm very impressed with this product. It is a solid, sturdy unit, and is definitely not cheaply made. The motor is quiet and strong. The belt is long and wide enough for me to run comfortably without hitting the sides or backsliding off it at 5'7". The fifteen programs, 3 HP motor, 12% auto incline, 18 inch LED screen and 2 layer shock absorbers makes this treadmill perfect for me. And, I can't say enough about Zora in Customer Service. Zora was pleasant, polite, kind, and professional each time responding to a number of my questions. Zora is definitely an asset to the employer.

I did a lot of research before making my purchase. This was what was important to me: - quiet - 5 mph or faster - slim enough to be stored upright behind a door -compact enough to use under my desk - wider walking pad - foldable stability handle with electronic display holder tray -emergency stop cord -can be used on carpet -wheels for easy mobility -small enough to save space -sturdiness -performance -display controls and remote controls - 265 lb max weight - fully assembled right out of the box This checked ALL the boxes!! I used it as soon as it came in. I work from home, and placed it under my desk and walked on it as I worked. Before I knew it, I walked 2 miles. My 6', 240 lb husband ran on this treadmill and it was so sturdy and performed so well! It goes up to 7.6 mph! And when you push the stop button, it isn't a hard stop, but a gradual one. If you pull the emergency cord, it is a hard stop. The quality far exceeded my expectations! The only cons I saw was that it was a little heavier at almost 60 lbs when I saw most were under 50 lbs and that the stability bar does not lock when it's folded down. So when the treadmill is being stored upright, the pad part itself can move forward from the wall, away from the bar. We created a home made tie down strap, attaching it with a bungee cord hook to the metal bar underneath the pad so that it stays put against the wall behind the door, preventing any accidents from happening. There is a little slack so there isn't a lot of tension on that bar (and could possibly damage or bend it) which is what we wanted. It works well. Just have to also remember that when you're moving the treadmill, to hold the walking pad part and not just the stability bar. Bought the Amazon 2 year protection plan for $26.99 but learned that it comes with a one year manufacturer warranty, which was a nice surprise, as it wasn't listed. You will not regret this purchase!! ***Updated review after a few months of use: belt tends to shift left or right so adjusting it is necessary, about every 3rd use or so. Otherwise, the belt will rub on one side and I imagine it will start to fray. Not a big deal but it is kind of annoying.

It arrived damaged in the box. The frame was badly bent. After a lot of force and frustration I was able to get it put together and it seems to work but it will not go into the fold position. Also has cut marks on one of the handle cushion.and that handle is bent as well. I want a replacement but it requires me to send this one back. I have no way to do that because it is too heavy for me to pick up and I don’t have a vehicle that it will fit in. So since it seems to work and I don’t have to put it in the fold position I guess I’ll keep it. I feel like they should at least have a discount on the $305.00 cost to offer as an option.

This treadmill is great especially for the price, very quiet, incline is smooth and not super loud when moving. I will say it’s tall person friendly, I’m 5’9 and my husband is 6 ft, we have no issues using this treadmill other than the handles are a little lower than I’d like. The only thing I wish it had is a water bottle holder. Great bang for your buck to workout at home!

Great, inexpensive treadmill with a slightly longer running board I've had this treadmill for 6 months and it’s worked great. I selected this model because the running board was slightly longer than others in the price range. My last treadmill was a Precor and it was giant so I knew I would have to make an adjustment to my walking style with a significantly small running board. My only complaint is the durability of the display coating. It looks horrible after almost daily use. Edit 8/4/26: burning smell during use noted 6.5 months after purchase. Requested customer support call, rec’d call, then I was sent to voicemail. We’ll see if my call is returned. Changed rating from 4 stars to 2 because this shouldn’t happen. Will update in a week.

I have really been enjoying this treadmill. I was looking for something bigger and sturdier than a walking pad but not big and bulky. This is perfect for my stature and space. It folds up very easily and compact for small spaces. It feels durable and effective especially with the incline as you walk and run. I am so glad I went with this one because its not noisy either. Would recommend for people of any height and have limited space but want a durable treadmill. For reference its a good size for me (5 ft ) and husband (6ft).
