Pros of this treadmill. Very quiet when running. Adjustable speed and incline at the touch of a button. Well constructed. The display has large numbers that are easy to see. It was easy to assemble and tools were provided. Cons: Not easy to move as it is very heavy. In order to fold it up you have to remove a cable. I didn’t like that. I also don’t like the arms. Wished they weren’t just straight out and would slope down instead. That would not be an issue for someone who doesn’t hold the hand rails when using. For me I would rather it didn’t have the speed and incline buttons on the hand rails though I’m sure some people would like that. Also I wish the cup holders were bigger and deeper. That being said I feel safe using it. It runs very smooth and has a variety of settings for speed and incline buttons. I have not tried any program functions yet. I would recommend this treadmill to users that don’t want to spend a bundle. I use it every morning for 42 minutes. Hopefully it will last a long time. ... show more

I live in western NC, and on very cold days it’s hard to get to the gym, so I needed a good-quality treadmill at an affordable price. This one has been perfect for me. It was very easy to assemble, though it is definitely heavy—I can’t move it without my wife’s help, so it stays in one place now. I’m 5'9" and 160 lbs, and the belt length is great for both walking and running, even with my long stride. I use it almost every day, and everything works smoothly. The noise level is just a normal treadmill hum, which is great because I have sensory issues with loud sounds. I can watch TV or listen to music without turning the volume up. It even has a Bluetooth music system that connects through a third-party app. The auto incline is awesome and adjusts easily with a button on the handle or display. I recommend oiling it every other week if you run 5–10 miles a day to keep it smooth. The heart-rate feature is a nice addition, and I plan to compare it with my fitness app. Folding it up doesn’t really save space, but it does make moving it a little easier. Overall, this treadmill has been a great investment for my health, especially during winter, and the price was very reasonable for all the features. I really love it! ... show more

I’ve been using this treadmill for a few weeks now and I’m very happy with the purchase. It’s compact but sturdy. Definitely a good choice for home workout. It was fairly easy to assemble, a little heavy to move by one person. You will need at least two adults to help install it. The wheels make it easy to move. It's pretty quite as well. After giving birth, barely have time to do any cardio exercise. It's nice for my home gym, I can get some steps in while baby takes naps. Great high quality treadmill, it was pretty easy to setup too. You can definitely ramp up the speed and incline for a good workout. Has the controls on the side of the handles so you can easily access them. Has the safety stop attachment on it like you would see at a gym.
