It’s easy and only 15 min to assemble.I’ve been using this treadmill for a few days and it has exceeded my expectations. I like built-in fan ,it is a nice touch—keeps me cool during longer runs. The heart-rate monitor is accurate enough to track my target zones, and the cup holders are deep and stable so bottles don’t rattle around.Automatic incline up to 15°. It smoothly transitions between levels, making hill workouts challenging and fun without any jerky movement. The motor runs quietly, and the deck feels solid with good cushioning, so my joints don’t feel sore after a long session.The belt is wide enough for me , also you can fold it after finish running,save your space ,good for small space family. It also have big screen ,easy to read numbers you want to read .Overall, a great value for serious runners or walkers who want gym-level features at home. Highly recommend!

A really nice treadmill that's super quiet and has many speed/incline options for a great workout. The fan is a total joke and the reason for docking a star. It needs an output about TEN TIMES higher than it has to make it effective. Why in the world did they not at least give it more than one super slow speed? Can't hardly feel it at all with my hand right in front of it, let alone feel it while working out. So, now I have to use another fan that actually blows air so I can stay comfortable during my workouts.

Well packaged, very easy to assemble. The materials made with, including the belt, look medium-to-heavy duty. My first walk/run felt very smooth and quiet. The dashboard is easy to read, however, I wish it would ha ve provided a flat surface to place my phone, like my previous one did, nothing that I can’t survive without. The folding feature is very convenient, specially if you don’t have much space. Overall, I think I made a great purchase and keep avoiding paying a gym membership or getting ran over out there.

I got the treadmill delivered on 12/7 and assembly took under 30 minutes. Over three consecutive days, I've been using it at maximum incline and 3.5 mph for 45-minute sessions. Given the price point, this machine feels solid and delivers an excellent workout. This purchase replaced my previous Uorkay (Foldable Walking Pad with Auto Incline, Under Desk Treadmills for Home with 15% Incline, 2 in 1 Treadmill with Remote Control, Incline Walking Pad Treadmill with HIIT Modes, Low Noise). That unit served me well for approximately 16 months with daily use and regular maintenance (treadmill lubrication) before the motor began smoking and failed. At $299, I was impressed by its longevity. With this new "TheRUN" treadmill, I'm hoping for extended durability and, more importantly, that they'll stand behind their 2-year warranty commitment as confirmed via email should any issues arise. Based on my initial experience, this appears to be a well-constructed and stable machine that feels like it will last with proper maintenance. My hope is with this new "TheRUN" treadmill i have a longer lifespan but more importantly they honor the 2 year waarenty as promised through email if anything does go wrong. So far from what I can tell this is a well built machine and is very sturdy and feels like it will live up to daily usage.
