Because of the weather and my busy work schedule, it’s not always possible for me to go out for a walk, so this treadmill has made staying active much easier for me, and my parents love using it too. It’s easy and only 15 min to assemble.I’ve been using this treadmill for a few days and it has exceeded my expectations. I like built-in fan ,it is a nice touch—keeps me cool during longer runs. The heart-rate monitor is accurate enough to track my target zones, and the cup holders are deep and stable so bottles don’t rattle around.Automatic incline up to 15°. It smoothly transitions between levels, making hill workouts challenging and fun without any jerky movement. The motor runs quietly, and the deck feels solid with good cushioning, so my joints don’t feel sore after a long session.The belt is wide enough for me , also you can fold it after finish running,save your space ,good for small space family. It also have big screen ,easy to read numbers you want to read .Overall, a great value for serious runners or walkers who want gym-level features at home. Highly recommend! ... show more

I've put off purchasing a treadmill for months now, saying why use a treadmill when the outdoors is free. Not shockingly, I haven't actually run once in all that time. I used all the excuses to not go out for a run, including the famous 'its too hot, its too cold, it is raining, it is too bright, i can't find my shoes.... etc' This treadmill is awesome and now I am actually running! It is winter, so while I do not have any desire to go outside for a run, I do not mind putting on a podcast and running indoors. Getting this bad boy set up did take me and a buddy, but I feel like you could do it by yourself if you were really motivated. Everything was pretty simple to set up, and this thing is smooth like a commercial gym treadmill honestly. It has enough room for me to run in not the straightest of lines, it doesn't have any shake or bounce, and it is super easy to adjust the speed and incline at any time! I enjoy the cupholder and the controls on the arms, as well as the display and fan. Yes, I am weak. I enjoy having the little fan blow some air in my face while I run. It makes me feel like I'm outside and actually going somewhere. I have a dedicated space for this treadmill, but it does fold up on itself a little in case you need the extra room, and you can move it around pretty easily. That doesn't mean it isn't heavy. It weighs about as much as me! Getting it inside in the box was probably the hardest thing about getting it all set up. All in all, I am running finally! This treadmill is incredibly easy to set up! One person could do it on their own in 20 minutes or less. That being said the build of the treadmill is also very sturdy. As a larger person it does not wobble at all and is firm underfoot making me feel secure. Along with all that it has 15% incline and goes up to 10mph which makes it usable all around for different abilities. It folds up for easy storage since it will be located in my new home office. Too expensive for the features. It does not have a cool down option. If you set to run 3 miles it will get there and then the speed will reduce to 0 and then stop. The fan is there for looks and so is the heat beat measurement. The auto incline is there but you will have to get lucky with the preset modes or programs which you can't customize. You can't put your smartphone in the slots provided because it will fall if incline the threadmill or run too fast. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This treadmill completely exceeded my expectations. It’s sturdy, smooth, and surprisingly quiet—perfect for early-morning or late-night workouts.
