The treadmill stopped working within a very short period of use. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact the product’s customer care, but there has been absolutely no response. What is even more unacceptable is that Amazon has failed to provide any meaningful support or resolution despite repeated follow-ups. This level of service is extremely disappointing and not what customers expect when purchasing through Amazon. This product is clearly defective, and the complete lack of after-sales support from both the seller and Amazon is unacceptable. I have effectively lost my money on a non-functional product. If this issue is not resolved immediately with a repair, replacement, or refund, I will be forced to escalate this matter further through formal consumer complaints and other appropriate channels. I strongly caution other buyers to avoid this product unless they are willing to risk receiving no support whatsoever. ... show more

We bought this for walking only. No high impact running. The first issue is that the handle bars are too close. They interfere with the natural movement of our arms when walking fast. Those handle bars also have buttons to control the treadmill. In less than 6 months, those buttons stopped working. We knew this wasn’t a top of the line machine based on cost so we got what we paid for. ... show more

So far very impressed with this. The packaging was damaged a little and it seemed to have bent it in a way that it hugs the right side hitting the handrail when trying to stow it away. But other than that it's pretty smooth which is a plus. My last home treadmill felt jerky at low speeds and not as sturdy. Only time will tell if this holds up, my last one lasted about 3 years of use (4-5x per week, 20-30 minutes). ... show more

I’ve been using the THERUN Incline Treadmill for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed. First off, it feels very solid and stable—the 300 lb weight capacity isn’t just a spec, it really delivers a sturdy platform. The wide belt is a big plus too. At 18”, it gives me plenty of space to walk or run without feeling cramped. The 3.0 HP motor runs smoothly and handles both walking and incline running with ease. It doesn’t struggle or get noisy when I change speeds or go uphill. Speaking of incline, the range is just right to get a great cardio burn. The two-layer shock-absorbing design also makes a noticeable difference—my knees feel less strained compared to other treadmills I’ve used. The 18” LED screen is large and easy to read, and the controls are intuitive.
