This THERUN home treadmill is really great! The installation is very simple, and one person can do it. The workmanship of the machine is solid, the running platform is spacious and stable, and the running is very smooth without shaking. The motor is powerful and the sound is very low. It will not disturb the family at all when exercising at night. I especially like its adjustable slope design, the exercise intensity can be adjusted freely, and running is more challenging. Heart rate monitoring is also very accurate, the display is clear, and the operation interface is intuitive and easy to understand. It can also be folded and stored, and it does not occupy much space, which is very suitable for home use. After using it for a few weeks, I feel very satisfied. I can easily complete the sports goal every day, and it is super cost-effective! Highly recommended for those who want to work out at home but don't want to go to the gym!

The media could not be loaded. As winter arrived, it became harder and harder for me, as a running enthusiast, to enjoy jogging outdoors due to the cold weather. I wanted to keep up with my running routine, so I started looking for a treadmill that would fit my needs. After comparing many options, I finally decided to buy this treadmill for home, and I’m glad I made this choice. The treadmill stands out with its 3.0 HP quiet motor (higher than other products) that provides speeds up to 9 mph (my speed is about 7mph), making it great for both walking and running.. The manual incline is easy to adjust, and the big 18-inch LED display clearly shows my workout stats like time, speed, distance, and calories. I find the heart rate sensors on the handrails really helpful for tracking my training intensity. The shock absorption running belt feels comfortable on my joints, and the spacious running area gives me plenty of room to move. It also folds up easily and has wheels, so I can store it without taking up much space. Overall, my user experience has been very positive. My weight is 170lbs, and running 10 miles on this treadmill feels very comfortable—almost like running on a trail. Sometimes, I also adjust the incline for climbing workouts to prepare for my half-marathon next spring. The treadmill is stable and quiet, which is very suitable for indoor use. I don’t need to worry about freezing temperatures or icy roads anymore. Now I can enjoy running anytime at home, stay active through the winter, and keep working on my fitness goals. I highly recommend the run home treadmill, one of my favorite features I love is the touch screen panel, it’s super simple and easy to adjust and access the speed just the way you want it. Comes with super simple to set up with clear detailed instructions. It can also be folded and stored away which doesn’t take that much space when not in use, it doesn’t make too much noise which is a plus. The safety clip is a super helpful feature as well, if you accidentally slip it shuts down the treadmill automatically to help prevent injuries. Best part of all, it’s super budget friendly and worth the price, I don’t regret purchasing it at all.

I am 5’9 and 245 lbs. This is good for walking. I wish the hand rails/bar was little higher. It suppose to be for up to 300lbs but every now and then I step and I feel like I am too heavy for the belt cause it jerks/stops. If I wasn’t quick on my feet I would probably fall. Doesn’t stop me from walking. Easy to assemble by myself. The belt is a little narrow. It’s not an automatic incline. You will have to adjust the pins.
