I love this machine! It's so smooth and quiet. It's more like a stepper than anything and the arm stride is just a little long for me. Im 5'6". But it has other hand holds, so I just use those. It did have alot of parts to put on though and I was missing one washer. I found one in the garage and it's all good to go. Glad I purchased it.

The media could not be loaded. This is flimsy AF. CONS: #1 I would NOT exceed the weight limit. This piece of equipment lacks basic engineering to make it stable or sturdy. #2 The display is only held on by 2 screws, not 4 as pictured in the book. The second someone puts any pressure on it, it'll just snap off. #3 I'm 5'6" and the handle bars are janky as hell. To use them my arms are uncomfortably extended and the motion is so unnatural. #4 I've used this three times and I've had to tighten up everything AGAIN. It wiggles everything loose. #5 It's very tippy and the leveling pads don't do much. #6 Overall, this is super flimsy and disappointing for the price I paid. PROS: #1 Compact size, doesn't take up too much room #2 Good enough to maintain my hiking muscles and endurance. #3 The Tension function is good. You'll work up a sweat. #4 Sort of a hybrid between elliptical and stair stepper, which is what I was looking for.

Great 3 in 1 elliptical. Definitely exercises different than the other regular elliptical I have. I bought this because it goes up to 16 tension. It works your legs and core for sure. Only issue was late delivery by a couple days and we had to loosen a screw and oil the gliders so it didn't rub. Love it. Worth the price.
