Takes a while to put together but nor hard at all. The tools and parts came at the right number. Jumped on for about 1 minute after I put it together. Smooth and I was checked my heart rate and I was at 165. Definitely going ti be good cardio and that was on mid range. Wear shoes lol. Definitely would suggest this product. Great 3 in 1 elliptical!

Great 3 in 1 elliptical. Definitely exercises different than the other regular elliptical I have. I bought this because it goes up to 16 tension. It works your legs and core for sure. Only issue was late delivery by a couple days and we had to loosen a screw and oil the gliders so it didn't rub. Love it. Worth the price.

Good Habit Builder, Poor Alignment

After assembling it, I noticed that the wheels on both pedals kept coming off the tracks. The root cause is that the holes drilled into the handle sticks are slightly misaligned. This off-angle axis forces the connecting arms out of alignment with the rails. I highly doubt this is just a defect unique to my specific unit; it feels like a universal design or manufacturing flaw. When I contacted customer support, they immediately provided a pre-made video showing how to mitigate this exact issue. This suggests almost every buyer runs into this and has to watch the same video. Their solution? Manually bend the arm to compensate for the misaligned axis. While this quick fix does get the wheels back on the track for now, forcing a rotating axis out of its natural position will likely cause cumulative damage and wear over the long term. Although the product description promised near-silent operation, it started squeaking on the third day, and the noise has only gotten louder. Applying lubricant helped quiet it down significantly, but the squeak hasn't disappeared completely. The pedal angle is also quite uncomfortable because when your foot is at the top of the rotation, your toes are forced to point too far downward. Interestingly, pedaling in reverse makes it a bit more tolerable. Despite these flaws, the reason I decided to keep it instead of returning it is its compact footprint - it takes up little space, and it is genuinely helping me build a solid workout habit.

Extremely overpriced for what it offers and its quality

I really wanted to like this cardio climber elliptical but the way it's structured and the angle of the pedals is not healthy for the body in the long run. It puts pressure on parts of the legs and joints that can cause issues if used frequently for long periods of time. The resistance levels are not bad but they're not great or good, either. I was able to start using it at resistance levels 11 to 12 immediately. That tells me there's barely any resistance to these levels that create a muscle-building challenge for most people. I'm not a frequent gym-goer and I am not adequately fit, either, but I was able to amp it up to high resistance levels with ease. I am now on resistance level 13 and I find it is helping me build some muscle, but since the pedals are angled oddly, I try not to use it for more than a few minutes at a time so I don't develop joint and back problems (which is something I suffered from in the past with oddly structured ellipticals and stair steppers.) I purchased this because it's compact and not as heavy or bulky as most other sturdy ellipticals for home use. Unfortunately, it's not that sturdy, either. Sturdy enough that it's lasted me this long but not so sturdy that it would last years without issues if someone is using it frequently. It also needs oiling more often than it should (and I've only had it for about 9 months.) Definitely not worth its price tag (very overpriced, in my honest opinion. I used some of my Amazon gift card funds toward it and I still had to pay a lot.) I honestly do not recommend it but some may find it suitable for their needs. I've purchased mini stair steppers for a fraction of this elliptical's price that offered me a better workout, but they didn't last as long. Its assembly is not that easy but doable for one person. It's definitely better and easier with help.
