I used this mat under a litterbox in an enclosure for foster kittens. It is easy to clean, not absorbent, it can be cut to fit the space needed, and it has spots for traction so that the kittens don't fall as they make their way around, even if the area is damp. It was very helpful and could be sprayed with peroxide or bleach if needed. Although the listing says it's a warming mat, it's just a plasticky mat that is not damaged by heat lamps used for gentle warming in a reptile enclosure. ... show more
