This baby throws heat... Hooked to a thermostat in a 100 sq foot room when the thermostat cuts the power when it reaches temperature the heater won't turn back on when room falls below temperature.... Still investigating this

We love our heaters. We have two for a 400 sq foot area. The heat warms the area and helps take the dampness out of the air. There is a master on/off switch on the heater. I like this for safety. The remote is easy to use. You can turn the heater on/off and switch between the two levels of heat which are plenty. The heater looks good and is well made. ... show more

Bought two and wall mounted both. Both turn on but the heat output is extremely low. Both are having the same problem. The relatively useless manual says 24 phone support but it's only 8x5. Checking to see if there's a wiring issue at my house but so far I'm annoyed.
