This patio heater is easy to install. 8 heat levels and a timer allow me to adjust the temperature as needed. The remote is a great feature that allows me to easily control the settings from a distance. It is durable and easy to use. One thing that bothers and confuses me is that there is a big warning in the manual that says "outdoor use only" but the ad and product photos on amazon's website show that it can be used both outdoors and indoors. ... show more

The golden heating tube is efficient in evenly distributing the heat, and the tip-over and overheat protection provide additional safety. I love that this heater is meant for Outdoors, where we will use it after our Cold Plunges. And how about indoors? Double wow!!! I plugged it in and turned it on in the back edge, and it immediately got Hot. Not Warm... HOT!!! I was so pleased with it. You will have to be careful with this because it gets so hot. If you have children, this will be something you will need to warn them about. You must also keep combustible products about 3 feet away from this. The Fireproof bracket is a must to put on ---because if the unit falls, it will keep it from fires. It's also great to use it to lift the machine up to move it, too. You can set it to rotate so it acts like a fan. I love that feature, and it comes with a very helpful instruction manual. Overall, the product is impressive. Is it priced a bit high? If you want a heater that gives off heat immediately, this product is for you and worth it!! I absolutely love it. ... show more

This heater is my new favorite! I absolutely love the levels of heat, the fact that it has a remote, and that it can oscillate. My only negative review is regarding the top guard that sticks out so far. It definitely gets in the way. That does not deter me a bit from using it as my preferred (yes I have more than one because I stay cold) through the house. ... show more
