    • I have flown with these heatwraps for years! Saves my back and hips for long flights.
These wraps are a lifesaver! I have lower back and hip pain and when those areas get particularly tired or tight, I put on a long lasting Thermacare heatwrap and I am better for it. The heat wraps helped my sciatica pain relief. But it should not be used against bare skin. Because it gets real hot after a time.

I like that they are longer lasting heat for pain relief. I have back pain and sleeping can be difficult, but I put on the Thermacare heat wrap and I can get a more restful sleep and in the morning I can move around with more mobility & less pain.
