I've ordered 3 consecutively within the last couple of weeks. Easy to use. Relieves calf, knee and ankle pain, and if you sit on it also hip pain. The super cold only lasts 15 to 20 minutes, but typically 20 minutes is enough. However, it still supports my shin splints when it is no longer cold so I can sleep. I understand it can be used hot, but not planning on that. I have heating pads for that allowing temperature control.

I have a couple of these for the head for when I have bad headaches. When I hurt my knee and needed to ice it regularly, I bought one of these. It works as expected and is much easier than dealing with ice or other ice packs and figuring out how to keep it where it needs to be. Pros: Stays in place Lasts a couple of hours after being frozen at least overnight Flexible - you can move around with it Full coverage - it's a sleeve that you stick your leg into and so it covers all around the knee area including the backside as well as ~2 inches above and below the knee. Comes in a reusable bag to store it in Cons: Can be too cold. I place a microfiber towel under it to start. After about 15-20 minutes I can remove the towel and still benefit from the coldness for a good 15-20 minutes more. Be sure to look at the sizing chart. I got the medium being 5 foot and 140 lbs., and it's a little snug. However, a size larger may have been too loose. Remember that it's meant to be compression.

I bought this for a pretty severe case of tennis elbow, and it works great. It keeps the area cold and I don't have to mess around with ice water. Just pull it from the freezer and wear it. I wish it stayed cold a little longer, but I can get a good 15 minutes before I need to put it back in the freezer, and it's very comfortable to wear.

It gets very cold, so make sure you test it out before just putting it on. Once on it works great. I have a meniscus tear, and it does a nice job of reducing the swelling. It doesn't stay cold for a super long time, but that's okay, but you should ice a joint for like 20 minutes anyway. It definitely lasted that long. The material is nice and soft on the skin.

The ice pack itself works great, the compression in my knee is awesome. I had an acl tear last year and didn’t have this, so I had to use multiple ice packs at a time, now I’m dealing with a torn meniscus and this is keeping swelling down until surgery and I’m sure it’ll help after too. I just wish I could figure out why it’s so dang sticky. I ordered two and both are like that. When I pulled it on the sticky residue was stuck to my fingers.

I adore this ice/heat pack! Takes just 2 hours to refreeze between applications. Fits on my arm just perfectly to relieve golfers elbow pain. It also stretches to fit over my knee, if I needed that. Super comfortable, so easy to put on, too. I haven't tried heating it up, but I'm sure it would work just fine. Ice packs aren't as easy to conform to my elbow and this sleeve solves that problem completely. Get this!!!

Great product. I ordered the small size for my elbow. I have skinny arms. I would think that men would take either a small or medium for the elbow. Holds cold for about 15 minutes, which I think is enough. I like the fact that I can put it on and forget it. It stays in place pretty well. I always use it after doing something that stresses my tennis elbow. I have used if for month and I think it will hold up for a while.
