Good trainer, can use for several diff muscle groups. I started with the teal / blue and it became too easy. I moved up to the orange, and holy moley that thing is challenging. Good workout to mix in with standard free weights.

I am usually leery of these exercise pieces, but I like this one. It's convenient and easy to use / assemble, takes up little room, and has 6 easy exercises you can do to help build upper-body strength. I would say it's for beginners and won't replace real gym equipment if you get into working out, but for me who's just trying to stay active and building a little strength I'm loving it.

The unit is an impressive piece of equipment if you choose the correct weight range and apply yourself seriously. When used regularly, you will see a significant improvement in how your body looks, feels, and behaves. Beginners should purchase the model with the lowest weight range, as they will be disappointed otherwise. This is my second unit, the first from a different manufacturer. The defective first one came with little instruction in a brown box. This unit arrived in a picture box with a large foldout instruction sheet. I think these exercise units are made by one company and sold by different suppliers. That said, this is a solid, seriously well-made piece of equipment, not a flimsy toy. Advanced users will appreciate the build and its ability to easily unsnap for travel with you to the gym, providing a seamless and convenient experience. As an aging bodybuilder, this equipment has restored muscle that I thought was long gone. I can recommend this model.

Don't let the simplicity of this little thing fool you! You will be amazed how big your chest will actually get with this. Construction isn't the best and its kinda noisy but who cares? It works wonders.. The resistance is amazing!
