Update: The company reached out to me the same day and actually corrected their mistakes, no questions asked! I will definitely continue shopping for their products in the future! Product arrived slightly rusty. See attached picture. The outer box looks fine, no water damage, so not sure why this part came rusted. I was able to use wet paper towel to wipe off rust. Lots of rust was wiped off… but for a new product, this is concerning.. also this is the part that you will touch a lot.. anytime you need to remove or adjust.. this is where you touch. Overall product works as intended.
