This is a super cute concept. It is a piece of plastic trim that goes over a door cut-out to allow cats to pass through. You make a rough cut in the door, and the trim covers up any imperfections for a clean look! I used a corded jigsaw with a scrolling blade (to enable tighter, finer turns). Generally a great product. Simple to install with some knowledge of electric saws, or a friend with such knowledge. Fits all cats and most corgis (plan accordingly, dog people). My only complaint? The XL is wider, but not much taller. We need to make life more accessible for the older/arthritic, not for the fat. Talking about cats here, folks. ... show more

My wife wanted one of these for years, and I just didn’t get around to having to change our door entirely and put in the cat entrance. Sorry I waited! I've had this door for years now and it's still holding up. Installing required a power saw because of the type of door I had, but once the hole was cut I adhered it and it's never come loose. I have a very large cat (despite my trying) and he goes back and forth through it without issue. This door is super worth it if you ever get annoyed with having to let your cats in and out of your closed room! They will very much appreciate the easy access. ... show more
