Absolute piece of garbage. They break after the first two filter replacements. Conveniently outside of their outside of industry standard 3 month warranty period. Hmm, I wonder why they did that? Sediment from your water source clogs up the filter and fuses the cap that is supposed to unscrew. When you tell customer service this, they say "here watch a video of how to unscrew it." Thanks, I played college football. I am incredibly strong, and with all my strength I cannot unscrew the cap to replace the filter. Customer service is incredibly condescending and unhelpful. Total zero of a product and company. Influencers are selling this $165 piece of metal that is probably $15 cost in China. Buy a Sprite Industries shower head if you want a filter. I bought the Jolie for my daughter who saw in on Instagram. I tried explaining to my wise 17-year old that this looks cheap and not to believe advertising. At least it was a good lesson. IF Jolie at least tried to do the right thing I would work with them, but since they are so dismissive, they think it is "user error" I can't get the shower head off. Oh, and my plumber who was at my house looking at other stuff said "it is obviously a design flaw." Jolie business model: pump as many units through influencers as possible, rake in tons of cash, then disappear in 3 years. I bought two units, they are both fused shut.

I hate leaving reviews, but I could not wait to review this shower head! I just went through a long ordeal with another lackluster filtered shower head before buying the Jolie. When I told my hair stylist what I went thru with the other company, she said she loves her Jolie. So I took the plunge. I installed it last night and took my first shower today. EVEN if it wasn't filtered, I would buy this shower over and over again. The best shower I've had in FOREVER! The water pressure was so fabulous I was able to easily rinse my shampoo and conditioner no little effort (I removed the water restrictor). I can't review the filter as it's the first shower but I would buy this again even if it didn't have a filter. I wish they had a handheld because I have a shower diverter w/ another handheld, but it would be nice to clean the shower with filtered water.

One of the best purchases I've ever made. My hair and skin are improving since I've started using it. I love the gentle but full stream of water. It was so easy to install (all by myself) and it's a breeze changing the filters. Do it for yourself too!

This was super easy to install. The directions were hilarious. Very clear directions but they do it in a funny way it made it enjoyable. As for the use of this new shower head, I absolutely love it. I do believe it has made my skin less itchy And my hair a little softer this is a very good buy.

Filter works amazingly for about 2 months, In Texas we have some hard water, for me Jolie relieved irritated skin and scalp…dramatically, however if you buy this product make sure to get some extra filters, I noticed right away when it was time to change it out.
