We were skeptical about all the things this filter says it does but here we are on our 3rd filter replacement. I have my hair colored regularly and without this filter, in past years, the color would fade quickly. Blonde hair would become brassy. The Jolie shower filter has saved me money by not having to return to the salon more frequently. The shower head works well and was eat to install. This shower head is perfect!! It came with comical yet accurate & helpful instructions that my daughter & wife could easily install this on their own. ElPaso water is terribly hard so this was exactly what my daughter needed. That original filter lasted a full year out there; and she disconnected it, putting the original back on prior to moving out. It made a huge difference with her hair & skin to have softer water. This is a fantastic product!

We bought this mostly because my 7 month old daughter has had progressively worse full-body breakouts every time we gave her a bath for the last 4 months. Allergist said it’s likely something in the water cause atopic dermatitis or eczema, as my eczema flared at the exact same time her started and the city said they had to add more chemicals to deal with “biological debris” in the water. We tested the water with a home kit and the hardness was off the charts, as well as a couple other metals and chemicals. We tried baths in distilled water and that stopped the breakouts, but was not really a long term option. Then I got an ad for Jolie and I was skeptical that it could really filter all the hard water and other chemicals out enough to make a huge difference, but let me tell you, one use and we are sold. She just came out of her bath with not a single welt! Her skin felt a lot less dried out as well. The amount of money I’m going to save in Vaseline alone is going to pay for this in like 6 months. I also tried it and the water definitely left my skin feeling less dried out and softer. Obviously we will need more time to see the effects on our hair. My husband is Indian with curly hair and I am white with “Irish curls” and we have both seen a huge decrease in our hair quality since moving to Utah and the water seems to be a huge part of that. I did have a bit of a struggle getting the head on without leaking, but I’m going to try reinstalling it tomorrow. For now I am giving a 5 for doing the most important thing: making the water safe and comfortable for our baby girl!

The media could not be loaded. Ordered through Amazon and as a skeptical consumer was counting on the 60 day trial. The other 1 star reviewers are correct in that you only get 30 days if purchased through Amazon, despite the advertisement & photo of 60 day return policy. Red flag #1. Opened the box and checked filter, per instructions. There was a sand like substance around the filter and within the fixture. I wiped clean and tapped most of it out before installing. Red flag #2. Installation was as easy as described, but noticed immediately that water does not come out of all the holes in the shower head (see video) and it is not intentional as they water does not come out uniformly. Possibly more of this sandy substance is within the hardware? Red flag #3. Prior to installation, I tested the water for PH and with a Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) tester that came with my Zero Water pitcher. Based on test results, the water is more acidic and there are more TDS’s in the water after the installation. Red flag #4. I am thankful that reviewers called out the falsely advertised return policy and will be returning this immediately. Good advertising works in favor of the Jolie brand, but the power of an informed consumer willing to share objective feedback is of more value. I would not recommend this product.

I hate leaving reviews, but I could not wait to review this shower head! I just went through a long ordeal with another lackluster filtered shower head before buying the Jolie. When I told my hair stylist what I went thru with the other company, she said she loves her Jolie. So I took the plunge. I installed it last night and took my first shower today. EVEN if it wasn't filtered, I would buy this shower over and over again. The best shower I've had in FOREVER! The water pressure was so fabulous I was able to easily rinse my shampoo and conditioner no little effort (I removed the water restrictor). I can't review the filter as it's the first shower but I would buy this again even if it didn't have a filter. I wish they had a handheld because I have a shower diverter w/ another handheld, but it would be nice to clean the shower with filtered water.

The Jolie Replacement Filter works really well! It noticeably improves my water quality, making it feel softer and cleaner on my skin. I’ve been using Jolie for a while now, and I can definitely tell when it’s time to change the filter—it makes a big difference! Pros: ✔️ Easy to install ✔️ Water feels cleaner and gentler on my skin ✔️ Lasts for a good amount of time Cons: ❌ Expensive – It works great, but I wish it was a bit more affordable! Overall, it’s a high-quality filter that does exactly what it promises. If the price were a little lower, it would be a perfect 5-star product! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Was skeptical buying this product but after installing and useing, extremely happy with this showerhead. Great flow. Because California water restrictions I had to buy out of state. and modify unit bu removing restrictor which was easy with small screw driver. Greatflow and outstanding volume now. Now going to buy several more for both my properties. Speakman showerhead has been m go to for years but this is a better unit. Expensive yes. but worth every penny.
