This charging box is exactly what I was looking for and more. The box protects my Tesla wall charger from sun and weather exposure. It is very nice that the door also locks, so if you have young kids it’s a must. The plus is this box has a combination lock which is super convenient vs other which have a key ( will get lost) but if you have more than 1 EV and driver it’s also a must vs a key. There is plenty of room in box for Tesla wall charger, although functionally the wand doesn’t really sit in the bracket like the picture and kinda gets in the way when wrapping cord, I removed mine and just leave wand hanging after done. Makes it fast to wrap up and there is a holder on the Tesla charger itself for wand, but I don’t see a point. The size of box isn’t to large or small it’s perfect. Has enough room to keep adapter for other EV or anything other small items. The install is easy if your handy, it’s all put together right out of the box, comes with all mounting hardware you will need , even lag bolts if going into concrete bricks etc or screws for wood. The appearance looks slick and high quality build. The price for what you paid is incredible value. The box helps hide the charger and less noticeable in my opinion too. Most importantly the wife loved it, so happy wife…happy life ;)

Most EV chargers out there are waterproof. So on the surface, one might wonder, why would I need this for my Tesla charger? I live in Ohio, and I can promise you that chipping snow and ice off your otherwise water-proof EV charger is a real pain. Snow and ice can build up all day on this charger enclosure. I don't care. When I open it, the charger is clean and dry. And that makes the whole charging operation just that much smoother. The quality of this seems really good and it provides a nice layer of security for your charger as well. I wouldn't go so far as to label it "vandal-proof" or "high-security", because it isn't. But it does give you a little extra something in that department, even if it's only a deterrent. I don't know about you folks in warmer climates how useful this would be. But if you live anywhere that it routinely snows in the winter, I almost consider this an absolute necessity. At the very least, very highly recommended. The price is pretty decent, too. 5 stars.

I picked up the item from the driver , i lifted the box i heard noises from inside i asked the driver is this ok ? I can hear glass noise from inside he said he heard that noise while he was handling it too, then carefully i opened the top part i saw full of small pieces of glass. I was eagerly waiting fir it then this is what I received. Waste of time . 😡

I used the enclosure to safely stow my charging cable when not in use. The location of the Tesla Wall Connector is in between two garage doors and it was making me nervous that the rollers were so close to the cables when it was looped around the charger. Looks good, but there appears to be only one coat of thin paint, plus it was slightly dented. So 2 stars deducted. The mounting hardware lines up perfectly with the mounting holes in the wall connector. I added some insulation foam around the glass so that it doesn’t rattle.
