Have been using it a a few weeks. Good quality, plug in and use. No assembly needed. Three modes available for cold, hot and normal water. Ice maker is also very convenient. The only downside is top loaded jug, but between ice maker and buttom loaded jug, i still prefer the ice maker.

At first glance it looks like a regular water dispenser, but the ice-making compartment at the bottom is so cool and much bigger than I expected. The package surprises me! Package comes with very tonight packaging and the dispenser looks so fancy ! And functional too, it has hot, cold and normal 3 temperatures and it can make ice too ! A very good buy !

I was worried that a dispenser equipped with an ice maker would generate loud buzzing and vibration noise, but this product totally changed my stereotype. Even when it runs ice-making functions nonstop all day long, the operating sound remains soft and low-volume, which won’t disrupt my rest, work or daily conversations at all.
