Really happy with this water cooler! It gives hot, cold, and ice water — each with its own button, super easy to control. The water flow is smooth and fast, and the temperature for each setting is perfect. There’s a little pumping sound when it’s working, but it’s totally acceptable and not too loud. So far the unit works fine, but I'm giving it only a three because of FedEx. They gave me five consecutive delivery dates, Each of which they push to the next day. I even ordered a different unit which arrived the very next day, unfortunately it was the same day as this unit finally got to my house. So I returned the other unit and I'm keeping this one. Cold water is very cold hot water is very hot and so far it works fine.

I found this water dispenser after a colleague recommended it to me. I love the nice design and it looks amazing in my living room once set up. The bottom filling is the most convenient and safest way to fill the water and it can be replaced by anyone. the water fills up quickly and provides hot or cold water, my parents prefer hot water and my child like cold water......., this dispenser meets all needs of my family, I am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend.
