Really happy with this water cooler! It gives hot, cold, and ice water — each with its own button, super easy to control. Initially it wouldn’t pump water… unplugged it and took it apart. Discovered the float in top white sealed bowl wasn’t fastened. It was laying in the bottom of the water bowl. Nut missing. Used a small type wrap in place of plastic nut … next to white bowel was a black plastic box to shield electrical connections from incidental water splashes. Cover was not on but was there. Kinda aggravating. But the GREAT NEWS IS THIS : The design is solid, material selection excellent, simply and logically laid out. Overlooking missing, nut easily replaced by a tie wrap.. price point excellent 5 star …

Item arrived with a dent in the lower right side of the dispenser causing the door no to fully close properly. When the unit is in refrigeration mode cooling the water, the unit vibrates loudly. Functionally, it works. Big pain to return it.
