The media could not be loaded. This water machine is easy to use and easy to install. I just need to plug in and put water bottle beneath. Instruction is clear. It does have noise while pumping water or heating, but it sounds like normal noise at least compared to the old one I have. I hope it could continue reduce the sound in next generations

The hot and cold water comes out smoothly, and the buttons are smooth to press as well. It looks nice, and the bottom loading design makes it convenient to replace bottles. There is some noise when running, so it’s best to place it in the kitchen, away from the living room and bedrooms.

No need to bend down or lift the water bottle, making it very friendly for both the elderly and children. It also doesn’t take up much space, which is very convenient for placing in a store!

I used to have a top loading water dispenser but after having child I was worried it might tip over so I got rid of it. This bottom loading one just eliminated my concern. Pretty heavy duty looking. Easy replace water bottles. Would be even better if the water loading area could be locked.

This dispenser heats and cools water very quickly. Hot water for tea is ready in seconds, and the cold water is nice and refreshing right away. It’s much more convenient than waiting for a kettle or putting bottles in the fridge.
