When you get to my age you don’t want to let anyone know you can’t do certain things. So before that happens I ordered a new water dispenser that takes the hassle of flipping a water bottle over to install it. This baby allows you to slide it in drop the pump line in and forget about it. The first thing I tested was the hot water side and I’m glad to say it was perfect. Cold water was perfect as well, and the center button is room temperature water. I’m 76 and this is a good gift for your elderly parents. I hope my kids read this.❤️M

Absolute perfect addition to a compact kitchen in a district with crappy tasting water. The slide in bottle underneath is clutch. The pump is quiet and the water's cold. Haven't tried the hot water function, but I can just throw a switch in the back to activate the heater if I wish.

The water cooler works very well, much easier on the back than a top loader. The only downside is it's louder than two oppossums in a kfc dumpster on a Sunday, you can hear this thing across the house. But it works well 🙂↕️

Do not waste your money on this! I had another brand of water dispenser for a long time, and I never had any problems with it! This time, I got one from this brand, and I’m not happy with it at all. I have problems with it all the time; the water doesn’t come out, and the room temperature function doesn’t work at all! Every time I change the gallon, I have to keep messing with it! I requested a replacement, and they asked me to send this one back. How can I wrap it up and send it back?!

LOVE this water cooler! Have had it a couple of months now & it has been a great value for the money! It looks sleek, its quiet compared to others I have been around, the water tastes great, & I love that we have plenty of water for us no matter if I need hot water for tea (mo more waiting for water to be warmed up first, or filling water bottles with cold water, or just a quick glass of room temperature water. It's easy to clean & the option to use the light by a switch in the back is very handy for night fills.
