When you get to my age you don’t want to let anyone know you can’t do certain things. So before that happens I ordered a new water dispenser that takes the hassle of flipping a water bottle over to install it. This baby allows you to slide it in drop the pump line in and forget about it. The first thing I tested was the hot water side and I’m glad to say it was perfect. Cold water was perfect as well, and the center button is room temperature water. I’m 76 and this is a good gift for your elderly parents. I hope my kids read this.❤️M

So far, so good. Excellent packing/shipping. Surrounded by styrofoam & corner protector's. Layed on side & pulled it out & upright into place. Plugged in & all 3 settings, when pressed, worked correctly. Stainless siphon. Hot water is hot enough for tea, cup of noodles!, oatmeal or whatever you need HOT water for! Mine is black/stainless steel. Quiet motor....has large drip/overflow area/nite-lite. Large controls @ top/hot safely dispenses. I am 70 - couldn't carry it up the stairs, but I was able to set it up by myself! I won't buy again....because this will last!

I am super happy with this bottom-loading water dispenser, it is very helpful. The dual temperature controls is such a convenient design, we could get a glass of ice-cold water or a cup of hot tea instantly, it saves so much time throughout the day. The water bottle sits inside a bottom cabinet, which keeps the room so neat and organized. The setup was very straightforward, it runs quietly. Highly recommend this product!
