I was worried but it all worked out

When I was shopping for a water dispenser, I had a few requirements. It had to handle hot and cold water. The jug had to go underneath (since I'm old now and I can't carry or lift a 5 gallon jug anymore), and it needed to be reasonably priced. While reading the dimensions of this dispenser I was worried it was too slim for a regular 5 gallon jug. I ended up buying it and waiting for it to be delivered. Then I could measure the interior at the door's threshold to find the right jug, since the description and specs didn't offer enough information. It warns the buyer the jug has to be specific, but neglects to mention the "specifics" of the jug. After unpacking the unit and letting it sit for 24 hrs unplugged per the instructions it gave me time to shop for the jug. The inside width at the door was 10.25". I couldn't find a jug that thin. I took a chance on a 10.5" 5 gallon jug. Most of the jugs I found online were 10.75" and I can safely say they would not fit this dispenser. My water jug arrived 2 days later. It fit barely, but as long as I could slide it in and out easily it was a go. I washed it out and filled it with jugs of purified water.put on a rubber lid I also purchased from Amazon, then inserted the connection hose. After plugging it in the lack light came on just as the instructions said. Once that light went off I turned on the hot, cold and night light switches located on the back. I tested the water flow before turning on the switches to be sure everything worked just fine. The water flow wasn't too fast or too slow. I went back later and had a chilled cup of nicely cold water. At first when the lack light came on and was working it was a tidge loud, but while I was filling my cup with the cold water, the lack light came on and it refilled the cold water reservoir and it was rather quiet. It is very easy to use. I can't comment on durability yet since it hasn't been running for even a day yet. Hopefully this review helps future buyers make an educated decision. I'm satisfied with this purchase. I no longer need my Brita pitcher which takes up real estate on my limited counter space and I no longer need to keep buying filters. I need to purchase water now instead of filters, but at least I can refill my gallon jugs inexpensively at my local shopping mart.

Perfect Water Dispenser for Busy Office Break Area
We upgraded our outdated water unit in the office break room to this bottom‑loading water dispenser, and the whole team has been pleased with the switch. Around 20 staff members rely on it each business day, meaning it gets near‑constant daily use. Having three temperature settings is such a practical feature for our workplace. Team members brew tea and heat up instant soups during lunchtime using the hot water setting. Many of us grab cold chilled water all afternoon, and several colleagues prefer drinking room‑temp water for their daily hydration. The bottom‑fill setup is a huge improvement compared to our old top‑loading model. Back then, lifting heavy water jugs was tough for most people, and we always had to find someone strong enough to change the bottle. Now any employee can easily slide a new water jug into place all by themselves, no extra assistance needed. The unit operates with very low noise, so it does not interrupt colleagues who are focused on their tasks nearby. We have put it through heavy daily use for several weeks now, and it keeps working consistently. Our team has not run into any noticeable issues. Definitely a dependable pick for office environments.

Don’t waste your money.

Do not purchase this product. I bought it in June and it worked perfectly until September It just stopped working, the pump just quit. I reached out to the company hoping that they could tell me how to fix the problem and I provided the date of purchase and model number and they responded by asking me what the order number was. I responded with the model number and have not heard back from them. Poor product and poor customer service. Update: After many back and forth emails this company decided to replace the non-working cooler with a new one. Fingers crossed that this one will continue to work after the first few months.

Night light feature is underrated
Can’t believe I was paying hundreds a month on cases of water for our business to give complimentary water to our clients. Investing in a cooler and buying the 5 gallon waters saved us so much!! This dispenser was also very easy to set up, has a hot and cold feature and the hot is child locked. Great price for this dispenser too. There’s also a night light feature. Our salon gets very dim to create a good ambiance - so having the night light is a feature we didn’t know we needed. Cool dispenser :)

Perfect Addition To My Apartment Renovation Project
When I redecorated my rental apartment, I wanted appliances that look nice without drilling or permanent installation. This bottom‑load water dispenser fits my lifestyle perfectly. I did not want the old‑style top‑load unit that looks bulky and messy with the exposed water bottle. The lower hidden jug compartment keeps everything looking neat. I love having three water temperatures ready on demand. I make instant coffee in the morning, drink cold water after my evening run, and sip room‑temp water overnight while I work late. It does not take too much floor space, which is critical for city apartments. It runs softly in the background, I barely hear it even while watching shows. Great water cooler

When the water cooler arrived, there was some damage to the top but the seller was very quick to help remedy the problem, which I very much appreciated! It wasn't their fault. The cooler works great, is pretty quiet and I love that the tray is wide enough to leave a cup on there without it falling off. The night light is a great feature, too! I'd recommend this product.

Love this! Low profile, doesn’t overwhelm your space. Easy to place the bottle below so no need to lift the bottle. Cold/Room Temp and Hot water available. It is a little noisy when refilling/cooling but nothing that would make me purchase something different. Good value for the money.

Super Easy to Use & No Heavy Lifting Needed
This bottom loading water cooler dispenser is super convenient and easy to use. I really like the bottom-load design — no more heavy lifting or flipping water bottles, which saves a lot of effort.
