Minus one star for the following reasons: The instructions are clear as mud but you'll know if you assemble it incorrectly because it won't work. The provided wrenches are low quality and I almost immediately turned the 13mm into a 14mm and went to get my own tools. I didn't get to try the heat/massage pad because the strap ripped off in assembly but that is probably user error by overtightening. I'm 6'2" or 188cm and it's unclear to me which height adjustment is correct (188 showing or pin in 188 hole). Once you get past those things this is a really nice, sturdy piece of equipment. This table came so quickly and was relatively easy to set up. I am a 41 year old woman with not a lot of experience putting things together. However, this had pretty simple/basic instructions and all the tools you need. It took me a little over an hour to put together mostly by myself.
