Minus one star for the following reasons: The instructions are clear as mud but you'll know if you assemble it incorrectly because it won't work. The provided wrenches are low quality and I almost immediately turned the 13mm into a 14mm and went to get my own tools. I didn't get to try the heat/massage pad because the strap ripped off in assembly but that is probably user error by overtightening. I'm 6'2" or 188cm and it's unclear to me which height adjustment is correct (188 showing or pin in 188 hole). Once you get past those things this is a really nice, sturdy piece of equipment. This inversion table is great! Perfect size with great comfort. The durability of it seems perfect and has little to no noise unless you slam it down. The massaging part is ok would have been better built into the machine but still very worth the price.

Fast shipping and very easy to assemble! I remember using a similar product when I was little because my dad liked using it, but the one we had didn’t have heat or massage functions. I think the heat and massage features are a really nice upgrade and make the experience much more enjoyable. I really like this product, and my kids have also been excited to try it. Fairly easy to assemble. They had the bolts, washers and nuts together which really made things easier. I did not have figure out which belonged from a vacuum packed piece of cardboard.
