If you've never used a Raclette, it's a SUPER fun way to spend an evening. Because of the prep work to make the food fit into the little cooking trays, this is not going to be the kind of dinner you have often. Too much work. However, for something fun to do with the family or a couple of friends, this is a great way to dine. This raclette seems to heat evenly and get to a nice, solid temperature. Clean up isn't difficult and the material seems as if it will be durable. I've used the raclette two times and both times had a good experience. I would definitely recommend this purchase.

Amazing bbq grill! The grill itself is not too heavy which makes it easy to handle, but it's also big enough to grill enough food without too much of a wait. The small pans on the bottom are super useful for cooking some side food (like cheese, bread, etc)- and it's so cute as well! It's also so easy to clean after use, so that's a plus! Overall, I'd really recommend this for anyone who is looking for a good grill for a family gathering, party, or celebration.

Nice size. Fun to use. I like that the unit has an adjustable heat dial. The only thing I would change would be to have a little more barrier(?) between me and the heating unit (under the griddle but above the trays). The area get REALLY hot when you use it on a regular dining table. I think we'll better enjoy this outside in the summer instead.

At first, we weren't real sure if this product was exactly what we wanted, but we gave it a try and were pleasantly surprised with its performance. The only things I would change if I could would be for the manufacturer to add a glass top to the unit for a better cooking experience, and to make the frame that holds the grill/griddle less sharp to the touch as it is real easy to cut your fingers on it if you aren't careful. The cooking surfaces are very easy to clean, but make sure not to use any utensils or cleaning products that may scratch them. Maybe a more durable surface material or coating would be better for future consideration

Definitely love the reversible plate, makes it easy to cook different types of foods without needing the extra equipment. I washed it all before use but there was still a funky smell, think it was just so new it’ll take a couple times use before that’ll go away. The temperature control is super easy to use and adjustable to do slow cooking or fast grilling. Lastly and most importantly is the size. You cannot expect to find something much bigger you might as get an actual grill. But I did a ton of research and I’m glad this is what I decided on. Size looks small but you can actually cook a lot more on it than you might think, I was quite surprised. I like to meal prep and having this made it so much easier, quicker, and a lot of cooking done for my week.

This grill lacks in many areas when I think of hosting guest I think of having something that doesn’t require me to turn on my stove looks good as I entertain easy to clean up and has multiple uses. The grill top is smaller than I thought and is not deep enough to hold juices from meat. On the other side the griddle style plates are not deep enough to refrain from food running together. I thought the mini trays would be cute for guest to serve themselves but the food won’t stay warm in them also too small to portion food for each person to just take one so if you have more than 3-4 guests what’s the point of these tiny plates. Not thoroughly thought out as far as design and not modern enough to sit out when guest are over if I used it again it probably would only be for breakfast for me and my spouse. And he could care less what it looks like. Don’t feel like it’s worth the money and I was able to get it on sale.

It's a good looking raclette and it looks way more expensive than it is, but it doesn't seem to get nearly hot enough. Putting things on the bottom little pan things just results in a slightly burnt top of whatever you put down there. Pretty easy to clean, nothing really stuck to it while cooking. It was a small little "dinner party" I got this for, but with just 3 people putting things on it it got pretty full pretty quick, and everything took a good while to cook. We didn't even use the small pans after seeing how my experiment with some onions played out. Overall not bad, but mine doesn't seem to get very hot.
