Used it on the highest speed, 99, and you can feel the vibrations to your middle back and if you stand a specific way you can feel it within your upper back and arms. If you sit on it, as in book, you'll feel it within your whole body with feeling like a massager. Etcetera. It reminds me of the & $7000 ones I used at the raw food spas I’ve been to. I like the gold & brown very much. I think I’m missing the bands. I wanted it for lymphatic drainage but can see it could be used for exercise if I had bands. Overall, I like it but I fall into liking health gadgets. I can’t prove it is making any difference at all except it makes sense that deep vibration would help drain your lyphs. So does going for a quick jog.

This is the second vibration plate I’ve owned. My first one was a large stand up model. I was looking for a lower profile model and this one is all that and more!
