This product is essentially a brand lug and play. It came with ask the connections and cords needed, however, I did have to supply an adapter to connect it directly to my computer since I have a Mac. I connect via Bluetooth or plug directly into my computer. It’s fast and efficient. I select what I want and print and the printer prints in seconds. The quality is good but not excellent. The QR code that is printed is not as crisp as I see on my computer screen. The value of the product is great because they even supply you with a starter pack of labels. The Bluetooth worked connectivity works well. It’s super reliable and easy to use. I would highly recommend this. We use it a lot for our business so we churn out labels constantly.

This printer does some things well, and others - not so much. I like the size of the printer. It’s not bulky and handled the 4x6 labels nicely. The setup was pretty straightforward. Remove the shipping covers, attach the power cord, plug it in and turn it on. It all went just as it should. To use the printer, you have to download the app. It works via Bluetooth and connected right away as soon as I had the app set up. The app itself is limited. It has its own ratings that you can go look at, but because the printer is limited to what the app can do, I’ll talk about that as well. There are two levels to the app, the basic print from your phone via Bluetooth, also at that level is a basic download some printer software and print form your computer. The things you can do from your phone are okay. I printed a sticker to label a bin for linens. But most of the cool stuff is hidden in the app behind a $9.99/month subscription service. So be aware that this printer will do a fair number of great things, but not all of them for free. The first label I printed out was at the recommended print quality. I had put in the dimensions of the paper that came with the printer, but it isn’t a default setting and you have to have the exact size. For some reason, it took the 4” measurement and changed it to 14”. So even though the preview looked correct, it only printed a few of the letters. I figured out the issue, and successfully reprinted the label. Then I did another one at the highest print quality. They looked identical to me. I played around trying to try a few other things like barcodes and images, but was unable to get any of those to print. The app was not very intuitive to me, and based on the app ratings, others feel the same. I know our world has turned into a subscription for everything, but I think if you buy a printer, you should have access to all of its features. It’s great technology in a tiny package, but I don’t feel like it’s a good value to pay a premium for the printer, then another $120/year for its full capabilities.

This printer is perfect for my small business, and honestly, it’s been a huge time saver. Setup was pretty straightforward. I connected it to my phone via Bluetooth and started printing labels within minutes using the app. One of my favorite things is that it doesn’t require ink, which saves money. The print quality is sharp enough for barcodes and shipping labels, and everything scans perfectly when I drop off my packages.
