I was excited to receive my tankless heater for my single faucet. Apon opening it, it looked great so I got right to cutting waterlines and installing it. When I got finished I plugged it in... and nothing.. no red indicator Light, no temperature light, no power at all.. checked another outlet.. nothing.. paid an electrician to double check my outlet and power coming in.. all perfect.. so no biggie I guess, just wasted money on materials and time so decided to exchange it because no manufacturer is perfect. To my surprise I was not able to exchange, return only.. so I went for it and decided I'll just return then turn around and re purchase it.. nope it's more expensive now then when I purchased it a few weeks ago so now I guess I'm on the search for a different one to buy.. very disappointed because I liked the esthetics of this one and it was the perfect size to fit right where I needed it.. ... show more

El equipo llegó en perfectas condiciones. Fue instalado y no calienta, no pasa de 25 grados, pese a estar instalado a menos de 1,5 metros del punto de salida del agua
