We raised three baby chicken peeps from 1 week old with this coop. It lasted very well for almost 12 weeks - then we moved them into a larger house with three adults. It did what we wanted for the time we needed, and we will use it again in the future when we raise new peeps again. We wouldn't keep three adult chickens in this coop for long term, but we never planned to do so. It was good to separate the adult chickens from the young ones while trying to indoctrinate them near each other. Definitely worth the price considering the size and relative ease of construction. We would recommend this product for limited use - not full time use for three adult chickens. The house could accommodate one or two permanently in the right conditions. We did add a "roost" bar across the coop. I wouldn't recommend it for extended outside cold temperatures. Overall we are happy with this product, and do recommend it.

A pretty hutch for sure! The roof was a bit tricky, but we ended up putting the whole thing together within an hour. We bought this for our baby rabbit to keep outside. However living in the south, we got worried about coyotes, snakes, raccoons, or neighborhood cats getting into it. While the wood seems solid, it’s fairly lightweight and could probably be knocked over or dug under if an animal tried hard enough. So we moved it inside but would need to build a stand for it or secure with heavy stakes if it needs to go out. I’d say it could fit two adult bunnies, but only for a few hours or if one mainly hangs upstairs and the other downstairs. Otherwise it wouldn’t have a ton of room.

I like the roof and that’s about it and that it was fairly easy to put together (took about 45 min). The cage is smaller than I expected. I have two small bunnies, and wish I had gotten a larger cage. Here are the reasons for the single star: very narrow especially with the ramp; the bunnies don’t really have much space to stretch out once you consider a corner that’s used for the potty, the wood is extremely soft; I don’t imagine it will ware well with the weather, the largest door does not stay latched if there is even mild wind (biggest reason for 1 Star). I even put a stone against the door and the door became unlatched. I cannot trust they will be safe while I’m away if the door just opens. I checked the latch and made certain in was latched correctly and it still came open. I will have to secure it with something else if I decide to keep using the it (I shouldn’t have to secure it with another object; it should just work). If you’re reading this, shop for a larger bunny house. If you have chickens, definitely do NOT BUY. Over all this small cage is not secure and I cannot trust it. The only good thing that came out of this purchase is the hope that this review helps someone make a more informed decision. Move on. You’re welcome.

Almost every piece had significant chipping/cracking, broken pieces. The pieces don't allign properly or fit cleanly. Some of the posts in the pieces were broken off. It arrived with zero hardware and all the screws were in metric sizes that I couldn't locate anywhere, so I winged it just to get it done. I needed it done immediately so waiting for the seller to send the hardware wasn't going to work for me. They did, however, at least answer my email and offer to send the screws. It's super cheap for a reason but I did hope it would have arrived not looking as if it came through a wood chipper.
