It wasn't a cheap product to buy, especially when I purchased 2. Then after unboxing they had imperfections that was not caused by shipping. Rather at the factory was packaged damaged and should have never passed their quality check. I was very frustrated. The blue wrapping that was on the top part was so frustrating to remove... by this point I was ready to box everything up and take to a UPS store, but I would have to drive roughly 45min to the store. The directions for assembling were decent, but a video would have been nicer. Definitely not going to purchase the next ones for here.

I received a chair instead of a heater. They would not ship the heater until they received the chair back, so instead of a 4 day delivery on the heater it took 3 weeks to get it not to mention the hassles involved with shipping the chair back to them. Not very good customer service. The heater itself works fine other than the shelf does not sit strait and the main body has a dent and the reflector was scratched. All in all a bad experience.

The media could not be loaded. Excellent purchase! This heater gave off a great amount of heat, keeping us nice and warm on a cold day outside. I was a little worried about putting this together, but was happy to see that it was extremely easy. I also was happy that it wasn't to heavy, and was easy to move to the right spot after we built it. Overall, great value, really nice product

Package arrived quickly, with everything included and nothing damaged. It was fairly easy to assemble, only took me about 30 mins. This heater works very well and warms a significant amount of area on our back porch. We use it for when we get out of our hot tub as to not freeze to death. And, with the little table built in, we can put our towels on them and keep them warm. Great product!
