Excellent product and great customer support. I "thought" I was missing the instructions, but later found them in between the cardboard box. But, in just a few hours they had sent me a PDF of the instructions and the seller was very supportive after the sale. Now , if your not mechanical, pay someone to put this together. The bad reviews that state the bolts don't line up, or it doesn't sit square, or its "wobbly", well those buyers ALL assembled the product INCORRECTLY.... You MUST not tighten the bolts at every step, even the instructions tell you 50% ONLY... After you have assembled the ENTIRE unit, have it in place and SQUARE.. Only then you MUST get on your back and tighten ALL the bolts to 100%.. If you have to "re-drill" any holes or have anything cross-threaded, you WILL have a BAD TIME.... Its NOT the product fault, its the person putting it together! A Mechanically inclined individual will have this installed in 30 minutes. I like this so much I may even buy another one... It is NOT small either, If you are obese well maybe it is... And many Americans are kinda Big, so again not the Products fault... It is well designed and VERY affordable but that is factored in that YOU must be capable to assemble it CORRECTLY! ....The 4 colored pillows in my pictures where an add-on and not included with the set. ... show more

Yeah, this isn’t it. I wanted to love it because it was the size I have been so desperately seeking for a long time. Unfortunately, it just didn’t work. It looks great, but that’s about it. Cheap feeling, lightweight material. It’s overall too small and it is not comfortable at all. The cushion you sit on is just simply too thin. You have to sit on it like you are sitting in a dining room chair. Bottom on the seat and feet on the floor. You cannot slouch down and sink into it because there is not enough depth to the seat, your butt falls off. Also, when you do try to slide down the cushion slides with you. My husband put it together easily enough though. Only had a minor issue with one hole not lining up correctly. With some force we made it line up. I cannot comment on the table. We didn’t put it together because we were not going to be using it. ... show more

We chose this set to use on our deck. It was very easy to assemble but the trick is to not tighten the bolts until each one has been started in their proper hole. If you do it that way you will be frustration-free and have it done in an hour max. The furniture is very sturdy and relatively comfortable. Although the cushions could be thicker I think that can be replaced in the future. I had to contact customer service via email and they were exceptionally responsive (very impressed by that) which is why they have 5 stars. ... show more
