I did just install it at our vacation home. The municipal water isn't bad, but I definitely noticed a dryness to my hair that I don't feel when I wash my hair at our main home. Easy to install. It improves our low water pressure. The eight settings go from regular shower spray to harder and more focused, ending in a heavy mist. After washing my hair once, the softness and clean feeling was very noticeable. I had been swimming in a chlorine pool beforehand and let the sun dry my hair, which will leave my hair a little color treated hair a little more brittle, but it was a soft I haven't felt in a long time.     • Noticed a difference with the first use BUT doesn't work right a few months later
UPDATE: After using this product for several months, it leaks out the top and the shower head droops, won't stay up. Very disappointing for the amount of money it cost. Tried to get a refund from Amazon but they say we have to go to the manufacturer. Very disappointing. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I had read other reviews that mentioned noticing an immediate improvement and I didn't expect to experience that. So I was amazed at the difference in how my hair felt and looked after the first shower with this shower head. Our well water is extremely harsh and this shower head has made a big difference in the water quality. As others have written the shower head is large, much bigger than I expected, but it has worked fine for us. Also we don't have a lot of water pressure as I saw another reviewer state that was a problem for them, but the shower head has not given us any trouble. It worked well at first. I noticed a difference in my skin and hair. But after 2 months, it started leaking out of the top. We replaced the plumber’s tape, and it still leaked out of the top. Very disappointing considering the price and the fact that I have had it installed for about two months. Please save your money. The manufacturer only covers for 30 days. ... show more

Product came in a very nice box. It make me not to open coz it’s too pretty. It’s Bigger than the first that I purchased which is good. I just don’t like that usps left it in the front door of the business on a weekends, gladly to one pick it up.
