It seems nice and probably cooks well (based on reviews). I ended up returning the skillet though, because of personal preference. The handle is longer than normal which I didn't like. My big issue was that it was heavy. I wanted something lighter since I cook a lot of food in the pan, have to drain, and it was too heavy of a skillet for me to use. ... show more

    • Non-stick works great and doesn’t cause a lot of smoke

My biggest reason for buying a new pan was because so many others create a lot of smoke when I cook even if I use oils with a low smoke point. These have been the best at avoiding that and the fact that they’re easy to clean makes it so food isn’t stuck to it which can cause more smoke.

Over the years I have gravitated to buying T-fal nonstick pans. This pan is the best of the lot. It is very sturdy, heats evenly and has a very slick surface. I expect it to be as durable as past models as the surface seems to be resistant to scratches.
