There are only two lids. Some of the pans don’t fit the lids. I replaced this set with another where all the pots and pans had lids that fit.

So far these are amazing! Great price and value and they work like a charm and are very resistant. The only reason it's not a 5 is the heat distribution. On the larger pans the heat distribution is not very even
