The media could not be loaded. This product is overall very good quality. Looks elegant and is a well-built mat. There are no comprises done. Recommended for anyone for office needs. It's very useful to move the chair smoothly especially if you have carpet in the office room & also collect the items falling from the chair and easy to clean as well. The mat serves it’s purpose but it doesn’t stick to the floor as I had hoped, it wrinkles up where the chair wheels roll over it.. it works at keeping me from sliding away from my desk which is what I got it for.

I got myself the solid black one, so didn't rate on sheerness. As soon as I put it down the whole apartment became quieter. No longer is my chair GRINDING on the floors, and now I can prevent (further) damage to the floor from my chair. (really hate that the default wheels on these chairs damage every kind of floor >:C) It's also really nice having something between my feet and the cold floor now! The mat is also way bigger than I expected it to be, so that's a bonus! the only real complaint I have it the fact that the creases from being folded for packaging are staying for a while. but it doesn't actually affect the effectiveness of the mat. I just gotta be careful not to trip on one side that wants to stick up due to where it was folded. But I'd rather have a creased mat than one that was rolled and doesn't wanna lay flat no matter what!

This is kind of cheap. The material is really thin and has creases from where it was folded for packaging. It does move around as I move my chair. But at least it's protecting the floor for now.

This is a nice thick felt like material with a grippy side under neath, but it has kept the wrinkles in it the way it was folded. They should have rolled it up to deliver it. But well made!

I bought this to protect the carpeting in my office at work as it was starting to wear down. I didn't want one of the solid plastic mats so I thought I'd give this a try. The product description clearly states that this is for hardwood floor use only, but my carpeting is very low pile with no backing pad (it's directly on concrete) so I had no issues with it bunching up or shifting, even without the use of double-sided carpet tape. I really don't know why they ship it folded instead of rolled, but I suspect it saves on warehouse storage space and shipping costs. However, it does mean that it has some pretty heavy creases that a lot of other reviewers have complained about. I got them out fairly well by soaking the mat in very hot water in my bathtub for a couple hours. I then hung it to dry (hang at an angle so the water pools up in the corners and so drip-dries faster), then used a fabric steamer to further remove the creases & wrinkles from the fabric side. You could always iron it if you don't have a steamer. I then rolled it up tightly and let it sit for a couple days. This pretty much removed the creases and what little remains should relax over time. I hope this review & info helps!
