Allows me to sit out on my screened porch tonight in 22°F cold weather with no heater out here and I'm toasty WARM! It's roomy and the plush sherpa lining is so thick! This is a game-changer for me this Winter!! It's a bit too long for me, but it has a way on the bottom 2 sides to draw the sides up a bit and it makes it fine for me to walk without dragging the floor or tripping. But I can undo it and it is long enough to cover my feet, too, when reclining! This is, without question, the warmest, softest, and most comfortable garment I have ever owned. I currently have five and am already planning to purchase a sixth in another color. My partner bought the first one for me, and I was instantly hooked. I have an autoimmune condition that leaves me feeling cold often, along with sensory sensitivities, so warmth and comfort are extremely important to me. The sizing is very generous in width and length. For a person about 5'2 to probably 5'5", it reaches the floor, but I actually love that, as it allows me to tuck my feet underneath and stay even warmer. The front pouch pocket is incredibly soft and keeps my hands toasty, while also being perfect for holding small items like a phone, remote, scrunchies, or even a sealed snack. Silky on the outside, fluffy on the inside. Pretty warm, nice and big. My only complaint is the sleeves. The ends are fairly tight, and I have skinny arms and an even skinnier wrist. Wish the sleeves were also oversized and baggy but for the price, I can't complain.

The musty smell fills the nostrils the moment the package seal is broken. Who knows how long this has been sitting in a warehouse or what the manufacturing process was like. It seems like it will be warm and comfortable but it’s in the wash right now so I’ll know more once it’s clean. I hope the smell goes away. Now that it’s being washed I can’t return it but without washing it I could not even try it on because the smell was so strong. I did notice the inside fleece liner doesn’t seem like it is sewn to the outside liner all the way through so it’s likely this thing will be a struggle to put on and take off. UPDATE: After washing and wearing this this fleece blanket hoodie I can confirm the smell is gone and this is warm. I have updated from 1 star to 4 star. Not a 5 star just because of the musty smell at first. Also having side pockets would have been better than front pocket. Front pocket is also very low. I bought this for someone who is always cold. She will often put this on after dinner, while watching TV, and wear it until time for bed. She says it is the warmest piece of clothing she owns. It is like wearing a blanket. It has sherpa on the inside, a hood, and pockets that she loves for her hands. It is a bit heavy for her to put on. She is in her late 80's. She lays it on her high bed, and almost crawls into it, since her arm strength isn't great, and lifting heavier things over her head is difficult, but it is workable. This has a longer length than some (ends around mid to lower calf), but I figured longer would be better if always cold. If someone is frequently cold, or just wants something very comfortable, whether sitting, walking around, etc. and to stay warm, this is a great item! ... show more
