I like the looks and quality of this lamp. The bolts that attach the base of the lamp to the mounting plate protrude a bit out of the back of the mounting plate where it sets against the wall. Had to drill two holes in the drywall just deep enough so that the heads of the bolts would sink in enough so that the mounting plate would sit flush against the wall. The lamp was not bright enough with a 60-watt incandescent bulb but discovered that it is safe to use a larger size LED bulb if it does not exceed the wattage maximum of the receptable. Used a 75-watt LED and it gives just the right amount of light and by swinging the fixture into different positions, the brightness can be adjusted. Also, the plastic anchors were too small so got the nice size bigger that have a rim around their heads to prevent the anchors from going through the wall. I eventually will buy another one of these lamps to mount on the other side of the headboard. ... show more

Well made and very easy to mount. I put this over the head of my bed to read by. The inline power switch is easy to reach while laying in bed. I can move it over either pillow position and provides enough light to read by without flooding the bedroom with light. I am very satisfied!

Very cute and economical. Doesn’t extend too too much but it is a good light. I use a bright bulb so it helps with lighting. Easy to install. Fits nice to wall. No wobbling.

Haven’t installed the fixture at this point but it looks, feels very sturdy and of good quality. I like that it can be plugged in or hard-wired and finish is of good quality.

Needed something for next to our beds that wouldn't sit on a night stand and these worked perfectly. I used the the LoraTap light controls to be able to turn them on and off without the switch (purchased a second remote to control from the door and from the bedside) and covered the cords with a paintable cord cover.
